Ein ganzjährig geöffnetes Cottage direkt am Wasser in Laconia am Lake Winnipesaukee, das für jede Art von Ausflug geeignet ist, egal ob zum Wandern, Bootfahren, Skifahren oder Golfen. Schwimmen Sie vom Privatstrand aus oder bringen Sie Ihr Boot für eine Woche zum Slip (Dock in der Unterkunft für 1 Boot mit einer Länge von bis zu 28 Fuß). Das Cottage verfügt über einen Privatstrand, einen Grill, eine Klimaanlage, WLAN-Internet, Kabel-TV und einen Gaskamin für kühle Nächte. Dies ist kein typisches Mietobjekt - es ist perfekt für eine einzelne Familie oder mehrere Paare.

Es gibt eine Anlegestelle für Ihr Boot, klares Wasser zum Schwimmen, schöne Fischgründe zum Angeln und eine ausgezeichnete Umgebung zum Entspannen und Genießen.

In der Nähe von Weirs Beach Aktivitäten (10 Minuten oder weniger) und eine kurze Fahrt zu den schönen und malerischen Städten Meredith und Wolfeboro. Viele Attraktionen innerhalb einer Autofahrt - Storyland, Weirs Beach, Wandern, Surf Coaster, Kreuzfahrten auf dem Mount Washington, Meadowbrook Concert Pavilion, Pirate's Cove Minigolf und vieles mehr! Auch eine kurze Fahrt von einem Lebensmittelgeschäft, einer Tankstelle, Walmart und Tilton Outlets.

Der Gunstock Mountain liegt weniger als 14 km entfernt. Perfekt für eine Familie, die gerne Skifahren geht, ohne auf den überfüllten Berg zu verzichten.

Lake Winnipesaukee ist der sechstgrößte natürliche See, der vollständig innerhalb der US-Grenzen liegt. Es umfasst 72 Quadratmeilen, ist 28 Meilen lang und 13 Meilen breit und hat über 230 Inseln.
Sie müssen Ihre eigene Bettwäsche und Handtücher mitbringen (Wäsche ist vor Ort ohne zusätzliche Kosten). Alle Cottages sind Nichtraucherzimmer und Haustiere sind nicht gestattet.

Beautiful getaway

What a wonderful vacation home! It was just myself and my 15 yr old daughter and we had a wonderful time, house was very clean and equipped for everything we needed for a rainy day and dinner at home. Great location and the owner saw to it that we had everything we needed! Looking forward to another stay!

Paugus bay getaway

We recently stayed there for a weekend of leaf peeping. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and also nicely decorated. We enjoyed sitting out back on the lawn which is right on the water watching the ducks and relaxing. An extra nice touch was the basket of toiletries in the bathroom in case you forgot anything. The owner was super nice and excellent to deal with!

Charming cottage for a quiet vacation

We were 5 friends wanting to get away and do some fun things at the lake when it was not crowded. This was the perfect cabin for the 5 of us - near all of the attractions but isolated enough with its location and privacy . The House was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with the basic stuff needed like coffee, sugar, salt spices etc. There is also a washer and Dryer in the house. The owner, Brandon was very responsive to our questions. The house is on a tiny private island and has its own entrance, docks, and a beach with chairs etc. Overall we had a great time at the place. We will definitely come back here again.

Lovely little cottage on charming Christmas Island

We thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in July. The listing was accurate and and the location could not have been better. We knew there was a small beach on the island and we ended up using it much more frequently than we expected. We never had a problem finding lounges, chairs or a table. Communication with Brandon was excellent. We had two minor issues and he responded in minutes to our texts. Brandon was a great host in the well equipped and tastefully decorated cottage, Unlike the photos of window air conditioners, the air conditioning was provided by a mini split system with units in the living area and both bedrooms. This kept everything nice and cool on the hot summer days. The second bedroom has one full/double bed. Just be aware of that when planning sleeping arrangements. There is a pull out queen sleeper sofa in the living room that could be used in a pinch, but the other beds were much more comfortable for an extended stay. We would definitely stay again.

Great Location

My family and I stayed here with our two small children. We had a great time. The listing was accurate and we were pleased with everything. The neighborhood was very cute and it was about a minute walk to the beach. The backyard was waterfront but wasn’t the spot to swim. Overall we loved it - would definitely stay again.

A WEEK AMONG THE LEAVES

This was my first time in New England. Very beautiful setting on the lake. The house was quaint, but kind of small for the four of us. Also, the gas fireplace wasn't working, which was a little disappointing. The location was great and we thoroughly enjoyed the reds, greens and golds of the beautiful fall leaves.

Lovely Location

Our family had a lovely time this fall staying for a weekend. We were so busy exploring the area, we actually didn't spend a lot of time inside. It is nice having a place to sit outdoors and my son even swam the lake in mid October! We used the grill and had a relaxing but fun weekend. My only complaint is that the home smelled like smoke when we arrived. We opened all the windows and tried to air things out but the smell lingered the whole weekend. I knew that we needed to bring sheets but I forgot about the a past review that mentioned bringing extra paper towels. So a minor suggestion - if a property wants the VRBO members to keep things clean, it does make sense to assist them with more than 1 roll of paper towels.

Nice Lake-house close to everything

The house is in a great location close to everything we planned to visit. Weirs Beach is right around the corner and Meredith is not much further up the road. The house is cozy, but has much of what you need. The community is gated and was very quiet during our stay. House was upgraded with a mini split which was a nice surprise, so the pictures are a bit dated. Parking was convenient and right out front and the community beach was perfect for our 3yo who also enjoyed seeing the ducks every morning. Overall high touch surfaces were clean but our 3yo made us aware that the floor under the couch could use some attention. Also, my wife noticed that some of the windows could not be locked even when fully closed which made her anxious with our daughter with us, so we all slept together. Overall rated 5/5!

Perfect lake house

We had the best week on Christmas Island. The house is so clean and nicely appointed with AC mini split units recently installed. Cabinets were stocked with all of your cooking basics. The beach is a very short walk and has plenty of chairs, chaise lounges, tables, umbrellas, shady spots, and sand toys for kids. Residents in the community are so friendly! We stayed with our 2 year old and the set up was perfect, Brandon has done a fantastic job making this a safe and relatively child-proof space. We absolutely can't wait to come back next year!

Great location and access to private beach

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, the place was very clean and perfect for our family. The property is in a great location and we enjoyed the access to private beach, making it for a perfect family vacation! The property owner and manager were great at communicating and checking to make sure we are satisfied and if anything is needed . Overall 5 star experience. Delightful lakefront home

My wife and I planned a weekend together and thought this house would be good for us; but when our youngest son (25 yo) decided to join us we were happy to have him, and happy that there was plenty of room for all of us (and more). The waterfront location is terrific, the house was clean and very easy to access, and the overall location was in a quiet off-traffic area. We had the bonus of NH foliage colors! We would definitely rent this home again... with or without children.

Awesome,clean place with superb host

The home is well equipped like you’re home, extremely well maintained like a nice hotel, great beach with lounge chairs and pick nick tables, right on the lake and best host I’ve ever had.
