Das Delray Beach House bietet 4 brandneue Villen mit 2 Schlafzimmern im Herzen der Innenstadt von Delray, nur wenige Schritte von der Atlantic Ave und 1,6 km vom Meer entfernt. Jede Suite ist vom Designer eingerichtet und verfügt über eine brandneue Küche mit Geräten aus Edelstahl, Waschmaschine, Trockner, kostenlosem WLAN und einem 50-Zoll-Smart-HD-Fernseher mit Netflix. Zwei Schlafzimmer, eines mit einem Kingsize-Bett und eines mit einem Queensize-Bett. Strandtücher und Liegen werden gestellt.

Der Außenbereich verfügt über einen brandneuen beheizten Pool, der nur von 4 Wohneinheiten genutzt wird, einen Weber-Grill, einen Esstisch im Freien, ein Sofagarnitur im Freien und Chaiselongues. Jede Unterkunft verfügt zudem über eine kleine private Terrasse. Kostenlose Parkplätze für 2 Autos pro Einheit.

Great Place!

Property was great! The check in/out was super easy and the host greeted us to walk us through everything. We loved the grill and pool area and the condo was really cute. It was so nice to walk to Atlantic Avenue for meals and shopping. We'll definitely be back!

Perfect get way for our family. Great location, quiet and perfect Ann is an amazing host. She met us at the door, gave us a walk through and provided us a unique code for the security door. Christmas visit to DelRay Beach

Enjoyed our one week stay at the Del Ray Beach Villas. Location is key - walking distance to downtown restaurants and shops and 5 minute walk to the beach. Owner was responsive and accommodating.

Great stay

We enjoyed are visit with a family of 4 people. Used the pool a lot and played tennis daily, walked to tennis only 5 minutes and all the Atlantic restaurants close. Thank you.

Amazing location close to everything you need

A little quite oasis, yet only steps away from everything Atlantic Ave has to offer. All the benefits of living at home with options to dine out or cook at home. The pool area is calm and relaxing and the pool was just perfect for chilling in after a hectic day out. Beach was an easy flat walk away with lots to see along the way. We loved our 2 week stay here.

Fantastic Stay!

I stayed at this property with a friend for 5 days, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience! Ann was great to communicate with and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The rooms and outdoor area were incredibly clean, and we loved having access to a pool. By far the best part about the place is the location. We were able to walk no more than 5 minutes to every single reservation we had for meals. The place was spacious, well decorated, and had every amenity we needed. Highly recommend this wonderful property for a Delray vacation!

Great location and pool

We truly enjoyed our stay in Delray Beach. The condo was one of four which shared a pool. Inside was clean and as advertised. We spent a lot of time in the pool area which was fantastic with lots of seating and even a workout area. The best part of the stay was the location - a couple blocks from Atlantic Ave with restaurants and shops, and we were able to walk to the beach multiple days (about a 20 minute walk). Beach chairs are provided. We loved the area and would definitely stay here again if/when we are back.

Perfect Getaway

Our stay at Ann's place was the perfect warm weather getaway for our group of two couples. The accommodations were beautiful, well decorated and comfortable. The timing of our trip had us missing the spring break crowds and we were lucky enough to have the pool to ourselves every day. There were plenty of beach chairs and umbrellas available for when we went to the beach. The use of all the amenities like the full kitchen and washer/dryer made our stay that much more comfortable. The location is perfect walking distance to all the great restaurants and shops on Atlantic Ave. We were already talking about staying again next year since it was such a pleasant experience.

Great Pool Right off the Ave

Booked this apartment last minute for 7 nights after our house flooded. She was quick to respond and accept myself, my husband, daughter, and two dogs. The place is super cute and very new and clean. The outdoor area is fabulous, has a pool shared with the four units, grill, table and chairs. We met others while there and all hung out with the dogs around the pool. The best thing is the location, it is right off the Ave which has tons of bars and restaurants. We didn’t want to leave!

Location, location, location...

Had a great 1 week stay at this property. A block and a half walk to Atlantic Ave with all of the restaurants, shopping, galleries, bars, live music etc. you could need. Far enough from Atlantic Ave that the property itself is quiet. Ann is a great host - highly responsive to our needs. Even delivered some weights for us to work out. Great attention to detail in the design of the courtyard. Beautiful pool, lots of great seating. Took naps on the outdoor couch, ate meals at the large outdoor tables, used the BBQ, sat outside for morning coffee at the bistro table outside our door. The listing describes this great property very well. Will definitely stay at this property again.

Great Stay

My wife and I stayed here with our two young kids. We were in town primarily to visit family but also to have some of our own fun. The pool was perfect to have, and the property is 2 blocks from the main heart beat of downtown Delray with a ton of action and restaurants. The two downsides are 1) the beach is around 1 mile away which can be a trek to walk with kids, and 2) you'll be lured in every night by the 5+ ice cream shops within 4 blocks (at least we were!). The property was clean and new. The units are small but adequate. I also appreciated the memory foam mattresses. Ann was very engaged with the renters and the property. She tries to greet you in person upon arrival and seems to come to the property daily to check in on it, skim the pool, etc. I would definitely recommend.

Nice property but insufficient cleanliness process

The property description is not accurate, but it’s well appointed and photos represents accurately the interior. The problem we had was that in our unit there was left rotten food and it was infested with food flies. This should not happen and must be detected when cleaning a unit. We were offered to move in next door the next day, but also there we found a plastic bag left behind with something rotten inside. Did not check what it was because we had to leave due to illness. But clearly not enough process with the cleaning and hand overs.

Great spot in Delray

2 BR with kitchen and connected living room area was very clean and updated. The property has a shared pool which my kids enjoyed after a long day at the beach. Owner is very responsive and we would book again. Walkable to the restaurants in town.

Perfect for a couple traveling with our small dog

Lovely 2 bedroom space. Enough space for both of us to spread out and be on work calls when necessary. The indoor space was comfortable. The kitchen was well-stocked. The outside is special: beautiful pool, and lots of seating. We enjoyed socializing with other guests but also had plenty of privacy. Ann was lovely; she met us at the place to make for easy check-in and was responsive to our minor requests.

Great place for a family vacation

Stayed at this wonderful property with my wife and adult son. We were visiting the area to see my mother-in-law who is a resident in a nearby assisted living facility. For the past 20+ years, we stayed with my in laws whenever we visited. This is the first time we stayed anywhere else in the area, and it really felt like a home away from home. The unit has everything you need including Beach towels and chairs. The unit was very clean, and we had no issues at all. İt's really quiet at night and the beds are super comfy. Best of all, it's located 10 min away from some of the best restaurants in South Florida. Ann, the property manager, was super responsive and went out of her way to make sure everything was perfect. We will be booking this place again when we travel back in the new year ... What a great find!!

Perfect location to explore Delray Beach

My father and I do a yearly trip and this is our second year staying at the Delray Beach House. As two former long-term residents of Delray we know the neighborhood very well and without a doubt this is a perfect location to explore Delray. Extremely walkable to downtown and the pool is perfect for lounging and even for small gatherings. Great BBQ and even a steak broiler both of which work perfectly. Ann was a great host and our extended stay went smoothly, zero issues. We'll be back next year. Thanks! -The Rays from Delray
