Wenn Sie nach einer komfortablen Unterkunft im Herzen der Stadt suchen, ist diese Unterkunft ideal für Sie. Offene Küche, Ess- und Wohnbereich mit Zugang zum Balkon. Die drei Schlafzimmer und die Badezimmer befinden sich im Obergeschoss.

Das Hauptschlafzimmer hat ein Bad mit Badewanne, einen begehbaren Bademantel und einen Fernseher. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat ein französisches Bett, ein Einzelbett und ein Zustellbett. Das dritte Schlafzimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten.

Für Ihren Komfort gibt es eine interne Wäscherei mit Waschmaschine und Trockner und eine separate Toilette.

Sichere Parkplätze im Erdgeschoss, parken Sie Ihr Auto und gehen Sie zum Strand, zu Restaurants und Geschäften. Nur ein kurzer Spaziergang zum Park mit fantastischen neuen Spielgeräten für die Kinder oder eine Radtour auf dem Radweg.

Great spot

The unit was great - beautiful view, very spacious and super central and easy to get everywhere. My only frustration was having to order linen from a linen hire company and make the beds. I did not realise that linen was not included in the price of the unit and had to organise linen hire last minute and pay $90 extra for linen and make the beds up myself. That was the only drawback.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: To whom it may concern,The staff were good however, some of the changes/ modifications/ suggestions we gave last year and the year before had not been done at all.We had mentioned 2 years ago that the sofa downstairs had flees in it. It wa stiil the same old (horrible and dirty sofa) sofa that wa there 2 years ago. We spent the whole week not being able to sit on the sofa as every time we did, we spent the whole time scratching ourselvesNoen of the sliding doors worked properl, especially the one upstairs that leads into the ensuite. I had mentioned this last year but nothing had been done about itThe wooden furniture on the back verandah could not be sat on as it was broken. I have mentioned this 2 years ago and nothing had been done about itI feel like we deserve some money being taken off the fee for apartment 2 that we will be staying in next year.

Nice big property but a bit grubby

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Furniture in poor repair and floors very dirty. Location great and loved the area and it was affordable.
