Villa Antheia ist eine schöne, freistehende Villa mit 3 Doppel- / Zweibettzimmern, 8 Gehminuten vom nächsten Strand und 5 Gehminuten von Supermärkten und Restaurants entfernt. Der Protaras-Hauptstreifen ist 15 bis 20 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt (Hauptort mit Geschäften, Restaurants, Bars) und Fig Tree Bay. Eine Bushaltestelle befindet sich 5 Gehminuten entfernt und bietet eine gute Anbindung, um die weitere Umgebung zu erkunden. Die Villa bietet einen privaten Pool mit Sonnenterrasse, Sonnenliegen und kostenfreiem WLAN.
Diese Gegend von Protaras ist ein beliebter Ort für Besucher, da die Lage der Villa eine Aussicht auf die Landschaft bietet und nahe am Strand und der Stadt liegt, um das Beste aus beiden Welten zu genießen.

Über die Schiebetüren im Wohnzimmer gelangen Sie auf den privaten Pool und den Garten. An der Seite des Anwesens befindet sich eine weitere Terrasse mit einem Essbereich im Freien, der ebenfalls durch andere Schiebetüren zugänglich ist. Die Villa Antheia verfügt über einen Grillplatz, eine Terrasse und Sonnenliegen. Die Unterkunft bietet kostenfreie Parkplätze.
Ein Kinderbett ist kostenlos verfügbar. Ein Hochstuhl und andere Babyausstattung können gegen eine geringe Gebühr gemietet werden.
Der internationale Flughafen Larnaca liegt etwa 45 Autominuten entfernt. Die Villa ist ca. 1,5 km von einem der Strände in Zypern, dem Strand Konnos, entfernt. Es gibt auch Wassersportmöglichkeiten an den nahe gelegenen Stränden.

Beautiful villa

The villa is lovely, very clean and everything you need is provided. There are a couple of little shops at the end of the road but a welcome pack is provided which is a great help. Communication was excellent even when it came to recommendations of car rental always there to help if need be. The location is a 20 minute walk to the strip which isn’t a problem if you don’t mind a walk, this can be by the road side or cut through to the beach. Protaras is a beautiful place to visit and if you want to do a trip to famagusta we would highly recommend Mr John who you can find down the strip in the evenings.

Great villa

Superb villa with a lovely host that has a nice welcome pack on arrival . Very clean and very quiet . A 20 minute direct walk into Protarus or a nicer 45 minute walk on the coast which we found excellent , even allowing short stops for the welcome swimming ! Overall I would definitely recommend Natalie and her Villa . One very minor point , on the walk home for the evening the road which leads to the villa doesn’t have any street lights so please take the torches which Natalie leaves in the villa . Overall superb

Lovely positioned villa

Lovely well equipped villa, but it could do with a little more updating, we know the owners have already started with this! Location for us was perfect as it had a close superb bus service, so good that we found no need to hire a car. We hired the villa for a month and feel a change of linen would have been beneficial! Not a show stopper, as we used the in house washing machine to refresh the linen ourselves. Would definitely think about staying there again.

Lovely villa, relaxing location

Spacious, airy and comfortable. Nice pool. Quiet location. Easily walkable to a number of good restaurants, shop and beach area. 20 minutes walk to busier Protaras. We loved it. Great value also. Thank you.

Relaxing Retreat

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was clean and airy with a lovely pool and seating areas. Communications with the owner were straightforward and, had we any questions, was accessible by phone. If any extra help was required then Wayne the pool man was close by. We did walk to Protaras Beach even though we had a car but we really only needed it for going to an from the airport. Overall, a wonderful stay in a quiet location with amazing weather.

Great location, great house, freat host but needs updating and a Gardner

Natalies place was perfect for up to 6 people. The house is perfect in size and rooms. Kitchen was well stocked (one more pan would be nice). The location just 20 min walk to Protaras main street and about 5 min walk to a very nice beach is great. Natalie is very easy to communicate with and instructions and tips for were to buy food etc was very good. Natalie even helped us with contacts for car rental. Now to the part that can be better. The house need some updating, maintenance, cleaning out the garden and pool area, throwing away old stuff that is broken there. Some more shade around the house would be nice. Small things that would make this house great. Would we stay here again? Absolutely, but hopefully with the above fixed.

Lovely, homely villa

Firstly the communication with the owner was excellent. Directions were perfect and the villa was pretty easy to find, even in the dark. The villa was lovely and comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen was also extremely well equipped. Lovely welcome back of basics was a nice surprise when we arrived. And during our stay we never ran out of hot water. Once we found our way around we realised the villa is close to a couple of really nice sandy beaches. One of them was just opposite the bottom of the road. And like most beaches here it had sunbeds and toilets. If I had the tiniest little comment to make there were only 3 sunbeds for a villa that sleeps 6 and the bbq probably needs replacing. That said none of this stopped us really enjoying our stay and everything the villa offered.

Maison très bien conçue et très bien équipée. Rien ne manque! Petite plage magnifique à proximité; l'itinéraire pour s'y rendre mériterait d'être mieux indiquée sur le descriptif. Lovely Villa

We had a lovely week in the villa, it was very peaceful but still walkable to the bars and resturants. We used the bbq grill several times and everything we needed was provided. Pool was lovely and was cleaned throughout our stay, it is very deep at one end though. We would return to the villa again

Well equipped villa with a homely feel

We had a lovely holiday the villa was well equipped for all our needs. Natalie had provided a welcome pack which was a nice surprise. The villa catered for all our needs and the pool was a perfect size for us. The villa is a good 20-25 minute walk from the centre of Protaras however there is a bus stop at the end of the road and lots of taxis available. We enjoyed the beach at Green Bay which is just a 10 minute walk.

Loved our fortnight at Villa Antheia

This is an extremely well equipped villa with a space very suited to our needs. 2 bathrooms and comfy beds suited us perfectly. Villa Antheia was exceptionally clean with great housekeeping while we there (pool cleaned regularly with a villa clean and change of linen after our first week - many thanks to the great housekeepers.) We also appreciated a lovely welcome pack, very welcome to tide us over when we arrived after midnight. Peaceful and quiet with a countryside outlook and partial sea views, yet near enough (around 20 mins stroll) to a great choice of beaches, tavernas, restaurants and shops should you wish. Personally we were more than happy after a day exploring the area to wander 3 minutes down the lane and eat at Ellinadikos, a great traditional Greek taverna. A useful supermarket, plus a bus stop (frequent and cheap) alongside. All very handy without the use of a car. We walked the nature trail from Konnos Bay, visited places via bus and enjoyed the picture postcard beach 5 minutes walk away - didn't wish for more so many thanks Natalie from the 3 of us for a fantastic fortnight of r&r in Cyprus. Needless to say we would recommend.

Lovely villa - would recommend

We stayed at the villa together with my husband, parents, and brother. The space was perfect and the rooms were comfortable. The second floor balcony is perfect for dinners and the big table on the ground floor - for breakfasts. We also loved having the grill and used it multiple times to cook dinner. I believe you can walk to some local beach from the villa but we had a car, so going to different places was not an issue. Natalie (the owner) was also really nice and allowed my parents to drop off their luggage early and check out later in the day because of the evening flight, which was very much appreciated. Overall, a very nice villa for a family vacation. I would recommend it.

Very well equipped villa

Excellent villa on the outskirts of Protaras. About a 20 minute walk to ' the strip' and a wide array of bars and restaurants. The villa itself is in a secluded position and is therefore very peaceful (apart from occasional barking from dogs in a neighbouring villa). If you like Protaras, then this is an excellent place to stay!

Fantastic villa, quiet location within easy walking distance to central Protaras

A real home from home, well equipped with everything you need for a great holiday. Villa was spotlessly clean on arrival and cleaned again after the first week. Pool is beautiful especially on a hot day and again well maintained. Delightful unexpected welcome pack of essentials in the fridge which meant the holiday could start immediately. Peaceful location but a comfortable 20 mins walk to central Protaras. Closer local beaches and restaurants within a few minutes stroll of the villa. Loved it and will definitely book again.

Very enjoyable experience at Villa Antheia

Lovely relaxing stay. We enjoyed cooking and barbecuing as kitchen was well stocked. The location was perfect, quiet but only minutes from the biz of Protaras and wonderful Fig Tree Bay. Supermarkets and bakery were close by too. We loved the pool which was cleaned several times while we were there. The villa itself was comfortable and spacious and we appreciated the air conditioning at night. We enjoyed eating outdoors amidst the beautiful bougainvillia. We had a great stay and would be very happy to book Villa Antheia again. Thank you, Natalie.

Holiday August 2017 JF and Family

The property was very much as described in the advert, but understated. We found the location perfect for a relaxing two week holiday, plenty to do and see in the area but with the villa to chill at the end of a hot day on the beach. The walk down into town was perfect to build up an appetite and give you time to consider which restaurants to visit and there are many to choose from. The main strip is very pleasant and a fantastic place to people watch and see the sun set over Fig Tree Bay. The villa has all the facilities you would expect and DOES have Wifi to keep in touch back home, although the only thoughts you will have is which beach to walk to the following day. We have been to the area a number of years ago and although there has been an amount of building the resort does not feel over crowded and the villa is in a quiet area well away from the main road. We would recommend the villa if visiting this part of Cyprus. Thanks for a relaxing holiday and wall to wall sunshine

Great villa everything catered for immense.

We arrived late at night but thanks to Natalie the owner we received a great welcome pack Of provisions which were more than substantial and welcome (love her). Lovely position of villa a really short walk to Konnos beach.which is the best along this part of the coast.best visited(we found)13.30pm onwards. Great traditional Cypriot restaurant elenadikos a three minute walk from the villa. Made us feel really full of food (couldn't get away from on the house extras) and welcome. We will be returning to this villa as soon as possible. Xxx

We fell in love with Villa Antheia immediately. It is close enough to all the amenities without being in the centre, so you really do get the best of both worlds. It has lovely countryside views and sea views from upstairs. It's a quiet location so you can really unwind and relax. The family regularly holiday at the villa and we have a vast knowledge of the area, although we are always exploring!

The sea views from the large upstairs balcony are beautiful. Nice to have a morning cuppa or a G&T before dinner!
The pool is quite large (in my opinion) for a private villa so great for kids and adults alike. It's great to grab 20 lengths before breakfast ;) or relax on a sun lounger and soak up a few rays.
The beach is only 8 mins walk away so perfect for a morning or afternoon swim or you can relax there all day.
The open plan living area allows the whole family to get together and enjoy each others company.
