I have stayed in 3 different condos and I have to say 114 needs a major upgrade! It could be really nice with a few changes. Carpet needs to go!!! I love the easy access to the beach and having the chairs and umbrella included with the condo is the BEST!!!! I will be back for sure!!

We finally had the right size group and were able to make my Mom’s dream of staying at Carpi come true. It was WONDERFUL. It was everything we wanted it to be. The location & ease of access to the beach was perfect, especially with a toddler! We’re already planning our next trip!

The staff is very helpful, rooms are always clean, and we love the quick access to the beach. Gated community so we feel really safe staying there. Even though the beach area was marked private, people were allowed to walk in from the street and set up in front of the provided beach service of umbrella and chairs. Why pay a higher rental fee to stay right on the private beach when anyone can use it for free.

I couldn’t believe something so cheap would be beach side. And the property was great. It served its purpose which was giving us a comfortable place to sleep and a great kitchen to cook in. There was also a grill outside that we could cookout on as well as a patio area to eat or relax and enjoy the ocean view. We will definitely stay here again.
