Welcome to our 4-bedroom, 2-bath home just 10 minutes from Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, and Angel Stadium. Perfect for families and groups, the house features a private pool (not heated), a fully equipped kitchen, and a relaxing backyard. Guests enjoy 2 free driveway spaces plus additional free street parking. A comfortable and convenient home base for your Southern California getaway.

LOCATION: Our property is located in Fullerton, prime location close to Disneyland, Knott’s Berry Farm, Angel Stadium, The Source, CSU Fullerton!

BEDROOMS: Four cozy bedrooms with two queen beds and three full size beds.

BATHROOMS: Two full bathroom and fully supplied with essential toiletries like soap, shampoo, toilet paper, hair dryer and more.

KITCHEN: kitchen area that features a wide marble countertop, gas stoves, oven, microwave, refrigerator, Keurig coffee maker, pots, pans, knives and other cooking and dining essentials.

LIVING ROOM: Our cozy living area provides great entertainment with its 55-inch smart television that has access to Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime, and many other streaming services (guests need to log into their own streaming account).

DINING AREA: Fully stocked kitchen with pans, pots, plates, utensils, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and more. Dining table can comfortably seat 8 people

BACKYARD: Enjoy swimming in the pool (not heated). There is an outdoor table with umbrella and four chairs.

PARKING AREA: FREE parking spaces for 2 cars in the driveway and free street parking. Garage is not available for guest’s use. Please be advised that street cleaning occurs on Mondays between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. To avoid receiving a parking ticket, please ensure that vehicles are not parked on the street during these hours.

AC/HEAT: Central air conditioning/heating system is installed around the home for your comfort. Temperature is controlled by Nest Thermostat

LAUNDRY ROOM: FREE washer/dryer inside the house for guest’s use. Laundry detergent and dryer sheets will be provided.

INTERNET CONNECTION: Go on a lag-free video conference call and let the others play their online games simultaneously as the internet(Spectrum) speed goes up to 100Mbps+.

- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES, NO GATHERINGS, NO EVENTS OF ANY KIND and NO LOUD MUSIC. No gathering outside past 9 PM, this is strictly enforced. Right to cancel reservation without refund.

- No screaming, excessively loud talking, or loud music in the backyard past 9 PM.

- Only a disclosed number of guests are allowed into the property. We don't allow additional guests that are not part of the reservation. Please let us know beforehand if there will be more joining you.

- Do not adjust AC thermometer down past 67 degrees. It will break the unit.

- Adult supervision of children on the property and pool at all times.

- No Smoking of any kind in the house. A $500 fee will be applied if any evidence is present.

Our house has two outdoor cameras as security and safety measures. These cameras are as follows:
- Camera at front door
- Overhead camera overlooking the backyard area

We DO NOT actively monitor these cameras out of respect to our guests. However, guests should be aware that activity is recorded.

Tampering with any of the cameras is strictly prohibited. Violator will be fined up to $500

No Extra / Overnight Guests (having more guests than stated in your reservation or if the number does not match, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation)
Guest access
While you’re staying here, this home is your private oasis. We use a keyless entry system, so you can come any time after check-in and enter using your unique access code.

- Pool Service (Thursday, weekly)

- Please be respectful and mindful to the neighbors as this is a quiet residential neighborhood.

- One bath towel and one hand towel per guest (more available upon request)

Early Check-in/Late Check-out Requests:

Please be advised that Early Check-in and or Late Check-out is subject for review and approval. We highly suggest to reach out in the morning of your check-in date so we can verify if adjustments can be made on our end.

Check-out is at 10AM. Late check out without agreement will result on $75 penalty fee per hour.
