A $20 refundable deposit is taken for the parking gate remote. You’ll receive this back at checkout.

You’ll be given bracelets to access the pool area (up to 6 guests).
Fobs and bracelets are available from 9am–5pm at the front desk.
You do not need a fob to access the apartment.

Laundry is available on-site for a small fee ($1.85 per wash/dry cycle). A reusable laundry card costs $7.
