~ PRE-ARRIVAL GUEST REQUIREMENTS ~
By booking this property, all guests acknowledge and agree to the listing’s house rules and booking requirements.
We require all guests to sign a rental agreement and verify their ID. A secure link will be provided after the reservation is confirmed to complete this process. A $350 Refundable Security Deposit applies at the Host discretion per Reservation and also for Bookers with No Reviews. Bookers with a history of positive reviews are exempt from the deposit.

~ NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE ~
This is a non-smoking house, so we kindly ask all our guests to refrain from smoking inside. To keep the environment completely smoke-free, we have implemented a $500 fine for everyone who smokes inside.

~ TRAVEL INSURANCE ~
Please note that we are unable to offer refunds for unforeseen events beyond our control. To protect your travel plans, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, which can provide coverage in case of unexpected disruptions.

~ PARKING ~
We offer parking for up to 4 cars in the driveway. The driveway is on an incline, so if you have a lowered vehicle, you may need to park at a slight diagonal to avoid scraping the curb. There is also street parking available for your convenience.
