BEDROOMS: All three bedrooms feature a cozy queen bed with nightstands, lamps, and plugins for your devices. A large floor mirror and a closet with hangers. Bedding supplied and professionally cleaned between stays.
KITCHEN: This kitchen comes fully loaded with stainless steel appliances such as a microwave, fridge, electric stove, and dishwasher. Fully stocked with all your basic cooking needs. Complimentary coffee also provided.
DINING AREA: The dining area is open to the kitchen and can seat up to 4 guests.
LIVING ROOM: Your seating area is located by the front entrance. This living space has a large comfy couch, a love seat, and an armchair that is the perfect space to relax or socialize.
BATHROOM: Your main bathroom is located upstairs and is a good size with a tub/shower combo. Hand towels, towels, and face cloths provided and professionally cleaned between stays. Complimentary hand soap and toilet paper is always stocked.

PARKING: There is a parking lot at the back of this property. Your unit door also faces the parking lot. You have one dedicated parking spot for you to use for free during your stay. Free street parking is also available.
YARD: This home only has access to the back yard area and wouldn't be ideal for socializing.
LAUNDRY: There is a washer and dryer that is free for your use during your stay. Complimentary laundry detergent and dryer sheets provided.

PARTIES/SOCIAL EVENTS: In accordance with Airbnb's policy, we impose a strict ban on all kinds of mass gatherings, parties, and this location is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.
SMOKING: Smoking is not allowed inside the house or within 15 feet of any exterior door. Violators caught will be fined as much as $500.
