All we ask is be a good neighbor, quiet when in front or backyard, and treat the home well. **No SMOKING inside the house, you can only do so outside** Wi-Fi speed is 300 Mbps We keep all communications on the app as much as possible. We might be offline from 12 midnight onwards but we will get back to you as soon as we see your messages. To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a few starter essentials.
