We have special rates for stays longer than 6 nights, and even more special rates for stays longer than 29 nights. The Airbnb quote engine does not have the exact discount settings, so we will quote your discount at the time of responding to your request.
Located in Los Muertos Beach, surrounded by convenience services and just 50 steps to the sea! Enjoy! This space has an atmosphere of intimacy created by the dark tones of its interiors, refreshing the environment.
In the living room there is a smart plasma flat screen, with Wi-Fi internet and ROKU so that guests can access any streaming platform they are subscribed to: Netflix, Hulu, Fox News, HBO Go, etc...
At the same time, its shared terrace is designed with a Mexican touch, surrounded by vegetation. The town life happens right there and you can enjoy strolling through its streets filled with cozy cafes, art galleries, gastronomic offerings, convenience stores, banking and medical services, all without the need for vehicle transportation. Within walking distance is Lázaro Cárdenas Park, where you can witness folkloric dances, food fairs, craft markets and more. Just a 10-minute walk away is the Malecón, the cathedral, the market and the municipal plaza. In the surrounding streets you will find a wide variety of traditional and gay-friendly bars and nightclubs. Puerto Vallarta has a cosmopolitan atmosphere, as people from all over the world visit us. It is very special that modernity does not seem to happen here, as the streets are still cobbled, the lush vegetation of the jungle that surrounds us with its mountains, the uneven, the imperfect, the rustic, everything remains intact here... However, it is a very safe place, it is very natural to walk through its streets late at night or at dawn, although it never hurts to have your belongings in sight in public places.
If you want to go out to more remote places, the available means of transport will be taxis and local buses. Taxi costs start at $40 pesos. The apartment is very close to the beach and this area is the heart of our city.

If you have any concerns or questions about these rules, please do not hesitate to let us know. We will clarify any points and perhaps we could eliminate any that particularly bother you.
In this unit, guests, visits, parties or gatherings are not allowed. Smoking is also not allowed inside the apartment, please note that the presence of smoke smell inside the apartment will incur an extra charge of $250 USD. Certain types of pets may or may not be allowed, this is by the owner's policy of the unit, so you must consult me in advance and know that in certain cases additional charges for special cleaning for pets apply.

Remember that Vallarta is a lively city, in full growth and you may find construction near the property, restaurants or bars with the inconveniences that this entails; our prices will have already been adjusted if this is the case.
In the apartment you have a safe, which will be delivered to you in an open position, and you must leave it that way when you leave. If you leave it locked, you will be charged $100 USD.

The internet service we contracted is from the largest Mexican companies, Izzi Telecom. Currently, there is no company that guarantees 100% service, and we have already adjusted the prices of accommodation to this circumstance, providing the service at no cost, but not accepting any type of claim for service failures.

Ask about our transportation services from the airport to the apartment, one-way and/or round trip.

Non smoke. There is a $250 USD fine for any evidence of smoke on the premises.
No clothing or any items hanging from windows or balconies are permitted.
Use of common areas of the building to deposit trash or personal belongings or inventory items from the unit is not permitted.
You must avoid talking loudly or making noise while transiting common areas (hallways and stairs).
No pets allowed without prior consent. Pets may be allowed and a fee may apply.
No parties allowed.
No additional guests or visitors allowed without prior consent. Additional person fee may apply.
Loud sound or noise must be turned off from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

CANCELLATIONS AND DATE CHANGES

Your reservation is at your own risk in the event of travel restrictions or other events (both personal and public) that may impact your stay dates. Please note that the Host does not offer refunds or date changes for travel restrictions, personal events, emergencies, natural disasters (hurricanes, earthquakes), or other unforeseen circumstances.

Please only book if you are 100% sure of your dates. There is no flexibility for changes under any circumstances.

Our cancellation policy is strict. Please check the Airbnb cancellation section for exact terms. Please note that the Host will not make exceptions or additional refunds outside of what is stipulated by the platform.

The Host is not responsible for refunds for unused nights, trip interruptions, or any other reason.

We strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance to protect your investment in any eventuality.

DURING YOUR STAY

One set of towels is provided per person.

We do not provide extra towels, even for long stays. If you need more, we will gladly provide them for you at an additional cost.

You can wash the towels provided, but they should not be mixed with other cloths or used to clean the kitchen or floors. If they are damaged or stained, the cost of replacement will be charged through the platform.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. In case of non-compliance, a fine of $250 USD will be applied without exception.

IMPORTANT

Failure to comply with any rule will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and eviction without refund.

We are not responsible for noise or disturbances due to nearby constructions. We have no control over them nor do we offer compensation for this reason.
The water and internet service belong to companies outside of us, therefore any failure in these services or others in the apartment will not be cause for reimbursement since these services are not included in our rates.
