Close to a big shopping mall (Aventura mall) and multiple restaurants and cafes in Sunny Isles Beach (~15 min walk), Big grocery store, pharmacy and more.
Good and safe area for a comfortable stay alone, for a couple or small family.

Important info: RESORT FEES should be paid additional. $500 flat fee for any stay.

Studio apartment. All photos are showing the actual sizes and interior.
We have 1 king size bed (mattress is new) and the designer's sofa that becomes a full (queen) size sleeping place.

We have a tall table that you can use for meals (only 2 high chairs included). Also, you can use sofa and coffee table for the meals or work.

We have a TV (not smart), Wi-Fi, AC and heater (may be needed during the winter if it's a cold season).

We have a little kitchen area with the fridge, coffee maker, microwave, electric range and utensils tat might be needed.
