Spacious lower-level/basement two-bedroom apartment for weekend rentals in our home. Just 10 minutes away from Penn State. A shared entrance is on the first floor of our home, then you descend steps to a private space with two rooms, a full bathroom with a shower, and a new queen bed and new pull-out sofa bed in separate rooms. One room includes a kitchenette and the other includes both living space and a game room with pinball machines that you are welcome to play during your visit. Plenty of seating available by way of a couch and love seat with a big screen TV and exercise equipment. You can also walk out from the living space area to enjoy a lovely covered deck with a wooded edge. Linens and towels provided, along with coffee and light breakfast food.
