The Villa
Perched at the top levels of a premier resort, this stunning 3-bedroom Suite delivers over 4,200 square feet of pure luxury with sweeping ocean views from nearly every room. ALL-INCLUSIVE MEAL PLAN OPTION: This plan is OPTIONAL at the resort and is available to all guests with a confirmed reservation. Everyone staying in the same suite must participate in the all-inclusive plan together. The plan costs $140/day/adult and 50% less for children ages 4 - 12

Photos are representative of this-sized unit, but each unit will obviously vary in exact location and view orientation. I believe La Estancia has 9 of these Suites, but all are similar in their incredible room, luxury and features.

La Estancia is on the beach and within walking distance to the city of Bucerias, and a cab or Uber to PV proper. The beach area is very clean, with smooth sand and plenty of area to walk in the water and swim if you prefer. We just returned from here after a trip in July and everyone had a great time. Unfortunately we cannot use this week at Christmas.
