✅Turn off the stove, oven, and AC/heater (both on living area as well as sleeping area) when leaving home.

*The person who uses their Airbnb account to make the reservation must be present during the stay. Reservation can be cancelled immediately per Airbnb’s 3rd party cancellation guidelines with no refund.

Property Disclosures:
We have 1 , actively recording cameras overlooking the front main entrance which records video and audio upon live motion movement in the area. There is also a smart home device in the living room and balcony which actively records noise decibel levels and detects any form of smoking. The smart home device does not record audio or video. All camera devices are on the exterior of the property and in no way shape or form point inside the house to protect your privacy. Devices are on 24/7. There are no indoor cameras.

*You must be 25 years or older to book this home and a government issued ID will be required to confirm the reservation.

*In adherence to the city's noise ordinance, we kindly request our guests to refrain from making loud noises after 9 pm. Any infringement of this ordinance will be promptly reported to Airbnb, and necessary actions, including involving local authorities and our security team, will be taken to ensure compliance. Please respect the tranquility of our community and neighbors during your stay.

We reserve the right to cancel your reservation and enforce fines if these rules are broken. Booking of this property is an acceptance of house rules.

• No glass containers after sunset
• Do Not through anything from the rooftop
• Keep voices and conversation at normal volume; no music.
• Always secure the rooftop door when leaving.

Children Under 14
• Must be accompanied and supervised by an adult at all times—especially on stairs and rooftop.

Property Care & Damage
• Treat the home and its contents with care.
• Report any damage or breakage immediately—failure to report promptly will result in full liability for repair or replacement costs and forfeiture of security deposit.
