We do not offer hot water.

There is no parking.

The building has no elevator (only access by stairs).

Located in a commercial and busy area. May be noisy during the day and in high season.

Space rules:

Do not rearrange or drag furniture. Avoid spills on tables and chairs. Damage may result in additional costs.

Keep noise to a minimum. If the police intervene due to disturbances, the stay will be cancelled without refund.

Take care of sheets and towels. Makeup, suntan lotions and creams can stain them. Do not wash textiles to hide stains.

Before leaving: Close windows, turn off lights, air conditioning, stove and oven.

Additional charges:

Mandatory check-in: All guests must fill out a check-in form. Only those who are on the reservation can stay. Additional people have a cost of 80,000 COP per night.

Keys: Replacement due to loss or damage: 30.000 COP.

Additional cleaning: If extra cleaning is required due to excessive disorder (accumulated garbage, stains on furniture or textiles, etc.), COP 100,000 will be charged.
