- Fee for smoking: $250

- Fee for lost key / parking decal and/or fob: $250 each

-Complimentary Early and Late Check-Out can be given 24 hours in advanced if applicable
•Scheduled in advance Early check in - or Late Check out is a $65 fee
• Failure to Check In / Check Out during the times given will automatically result in the $165 fee will apply ( If not communicated otherwise in advanced).
• Failure to specify all guest that will be staying overnight in the unit will result in a $150 fee
• Guest that sleep and or damage the couch will be subject to a fee based off damages $$$$ .
(Sleeping on the couch is an automatic $100 fee)
• Make sure before leaving property the ac unit is turned to OFF otherwise a $150 fine will be applied!
- Failure to follow check in / check out instructions will result in a fine of $500 or your stay terminated
- Failure to take a picture of keys at drop off location during check out byis a $180 fine ( keys can only be returned from 8am - 8pm )
- Failure to respond to the 24 hour arrival guide will result in delay of your check in regardless of the times provided due to not following instructions needed for your stay!!! ( NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN )
- Tampering with ring camera ( putting your hand , body , items or removing ) will result in a $350 charge an automatic termination of your stay !

- NO PARTIES AND OR EVENTS failure to comply will result in a $650 fine and if caught immediately your stay terminated with NO REFUND !!

- FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS GIVEN IN YOUR PRE ARRIVAL GUIDE FOR ANY REASON WILL RESULT IN FINE WITH NO REFUND

- Last minute cancellation, alterations and or changes are at the host discretion read all rules before booking !

Please note only the person whom booked the reservation may pick up keys unless being told otherwise , in order for someone else to be able to pick up keys they must be over 21+ and on the listing reservation with their vrbo account.
