Welcome to our cozy 3-bedroom, 2-bath cabin by Coal Creek, within walking distance to downtown Crested Butte and Elk Avenue. Enjoy an open living area with a wood-burning stove, a Primary Bedroom with a king bed, plus a private indoor hot tub, BBQ grill, and a spacious deck. Perfect for 2-3 couple or friends, this retreat includes high-speed Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and easy access to shops, restaurants, and outdoor activities. This rustic 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom cabin in the heart of Crested Butte has everything you need for a classic Crested Butte vacation: central location (just 3 blocks from Historic Elk Ave.), mountain views, an indoor hot tub, spacious private deck with grill, and the list goes on!
Enter through the mud room onto the first floor which includes a Primary bedroom with a king bed and plenty of storage. The second bedroom is also located on this floor and features a queen bed. Both full bathrooms are located on this floor; the second of which is extremely spacious and includes an indoor hot tub under a large skylight. Open up the windows in this room to hear Coal Creek rushing by immediately next to the home.
Up a flight of stairs awaits the spectacular main living area. The open floor plan means the fully stocked kitchen looks out on the dining area and living room/fireplace while also offering mountain views from the surrounding windows. The wood burning fireplace is the epitome of cozy in the cold Winter months. In the Summer, open up the doors on this level to welcome in the crisp mountain air and take your apres beverage out onto the deck which offers seating for 4 and a small grill for your use.
Off the main living area is a cozy TV room where cable TV is offered along with a DVD player and some exercise equipment. The spiral staircase to the third bedroom/loft is accessed via the TV room.
In the loft, you will overlook the living area and enjoy windows at the head of the bed that can be opened to let in the sounds of Coal Creek and the mountain breeze!

**DISCLOSURES**
PARKING: Please be aware there is no parking on the property. Free street parking is available. During the winter months, guests are required to move their vehicles from one side of the street to the other each night according to the posted signage. The Town of Crested Butte enforces these local parking rules strictly, and vehicles parked in violation will be towed at the owner's expense.
PET DISCLOSURE: Pets (including Emotional Support Animals) are not allowed in this home. You will be assessed a $500.00 fine and asked to leave immediately with no refund if you are found to be in violation of this rule.
AIR CONDITIONING DISCLOSURE: There is no AC in this home. AC is extremely rare in Gunnison County. We encourage you to use windows, balconies, fans, etc. to cool off during the rare hot day in Crested Butte.
STAIRS DISCLOSURE: This property features a steep staircase to enter the main living area on the second floor. Please use the handrail and utilize the provided pathway lights. The 3rd bedroom is accessed via a relatively tight spiral staircase, again we suggest using the handrail and lights for safe passage!
CBMR DATES OF OPERATION: Crested Butte Mountain Resort opens for the Winter 2024/2025 Season on November 27th. Closing day is typically the first weekend in April, official date to be announced.
Guests will have complete access to the entire home.
