"Lincoln Charm" boasts a prime Savannah location, offering easy walking access to River Street and numerous attractions. This cozy and bright 2-bedroom, 1-bath home has space for up to 4 guests. It boasts a mosaic bistro set on the balcony to enjoy the views and the Charm of Lincoln. It is by far the most loved area to enjoy a cool breeze and take in the scene after nestling in. We also have the convenience for our guests to enjoy flat-screen TVs throughout, a fully equipped galley kitchen with breakfast bar, and an classic dining area with a decorative fireplace. Each bedroom also boasts a fun decorative fireplace to make it inviting to rest at the end of the day exploring the town. Wi-Fi and laundry are available in this unit for your convenience. We are currently updating some of the features of this home to create the most comfortable and cozy stay. The amenities are going to make you feel like you will want to stay awhile. Lincoln Charm is ideally situated near State Street & Broughton Street, on Lincoln Street in Savannah's historic district. This location offers excellent walkability to key attractions, including the 17hundred90 Inn & Restaurant. Guests can explore nearby Warren Square and Historic Reynolds Square, and enjoy proximity to Savannah Bike Tours and Ghosts Tours. This area has a quite the immersive history and charm you are looking for while visiting Savannah.


You will enter the building with a door code and then there will be a lock box with the code for you to receive a key during your stay.

Savannah’s Historic District is easily navigable without a car thanks to these accessible, low-cost (or free) options.

DOT Shuttle (Fare-Free):** Free downtown service with two loops (Downtown & Forsyth Park), stopping at major attractions and parking areas. Runs every 10 minutes, 7 days a week.

Savannah Belles Ferry (Fare-Free):** Connects River Street with Hutchinson Island via the river. Runs daily from 7 am to 10 pm.

Chatham Area Transit (CAT) Buses:** City-wide public bus service with a \$1.50 fare (\$0.75 reduced). Day and multi-day passes available. Routes extend beyond downtown.

Trolley Tours:** Hop-on/hop-off trolleys offer paid narrated tours of key landmarks—great for tourists.

Biking & Pedicabs:** The area is very walkable and bike-friendly; pedicabs are popular for short trips.
