The second bedroom offers a comfortable queen-size bed, while the third upstairs bedroom provides a full-size bed, a full bathroom, and a private outdoor balcony overlooking the water.

The spacious kitchen with a large island and separate dining table flows seamlessly into the open living area, both showcasing breathtaking waterfront view. Upon entry, you'll find a stylish bar, perfect for evening cocktails. Period-specific furnishings, including elegant poster bed and antique pieces, adorn the home, complemented by beautiful oak floors and trim throughout. An electric fireplace surrounded by marble adds a touch of classic elegance.

For your entertainment, Roku TVs are provided in the living area and all three bedrooms.
