This recently renovated condo is located on first floor on a two-family building that is uniquely set back from what is a very quiet residential street in a quiet section of the Roxbury neighborhood in Boston. The property is surrounded by similarly renovated/new construction buildings having benefitted from a full gut renovation late 2020 by a commercial developer that utilized high quality materials to complete the modern aesthetic. This 2 bed, 2 bath condo is perfect for a single occupant who may host periodic visitors while on assignment in Boston or work colleagues and features newer appliances, hardwood floors, very tastefully chosen furniture and high-end finishes/surfaces throughout in kitchen and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped for all cooking and dining needs. The kitchen peninsula comfortably seats three and features a waterfall quartz solid stone surface.
