Dollys View 2 is the perfect location regardless of your Smoky Mountain destination. Situated on the top of Dollys Drive, this central location is quick access of approx. 8-15 minutes to the attractions of Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Close to all the amenities but surrounded by peaceful mountain seclusion you are looking for. Completely remodeled to luxury standards. Dollys View is perfect for multiple families looking to vacation together, while having separate units to relax in.
The space
Dollys View is a 2 unit townhouse finished in a modern yet rustic decor. You would be renting one unit. Each unit is 1267 sq ft and its own cabin with no shared spaces. The pictures contained in this listing are of the unit you will be renting. This cabin is Ideally suited for 2 families ( 2 master suites) or a larger group. (Can be rented with adjacent unit, Dolly's View 1. Please see separate listing under my profile.)
Kitchen – located on the main level. The kitchen has been appointed with everything a cook would need. From the knives and cutlery to the smallest of accessory appliances. The large appliances are Samsung stainless oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher making the time spent in the kitchen more enjoyable.
Dining – located on the main level. Table seating for all 8 guests. Perfect for sharing meals together or playing card or board games.
Living Room – located on the main level. The living room has a comfortable sofa and loveseat, wood burning fireplace with large hearth that can be used for extra seating. 65” Samsung TV with Comcast Xfinity HD programming and HBO. Blu-ray DVD player.
The open concept design of the kitchen/dining/living allows for all guests to comfortably interact and enjoy the company of family and friends.
Half bath - located off the living room.
Bedrooms are both master suites with full shower/tub bathrooms.
Bedroom 1 - Sleeps 4 – located on the main level. This bedroom has a queen sized bed and twin bunk beds which accommodate full grown adults. All beds have down comforters with duvet covers. Vaulted ceilings with ceiling fan. 43” 4K High definition television with Comcast Xfinity programming and en suite bathroom.
Bedroom 2 – Sleeps 4 – located upstairs on the second level. This bedroom has a King sized bed and twin bunk beds which accommodate full grown adults. All beds have down comforters with duvet covers. Wood burning fireplace. 50” 4K Samsung television with Comcast Xfinity HD programming and en suite bathroom.
Laundry - located on the main floor with full size washer and dryer.
Outside Spaces
Back Deck – located on the main level - Amazing mountain and valleys views.
Front Covered Patio - located on main level - The large covered patio contains seating for 8 on an octagon picnic table, Weber gas grill. Patio is adjacent to the outdoor fire pit area.
Outdoor Fire Pit Area - Perfect gathering location for evening conversation and roasting marshmallows. Firewood is not provided however it is readily available most times of the year at stores like Walmart, Publix and Home Depot.
Parking for up to 3 Vehicles - All parking spaces are located in front of the cabin. All spaces are flat which can be a rarity in the Smoky Mountains.
Guest access
Guests have access to all areas of the cabin they rented. Exception is a private storage and mechanical lock off located in top floor bedroom. Door is marked private.
Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind permitted.
Dogs may be considered on a case by case basis. Please reach out before booking. A pet fee will be assessed.
Additional rules
Check-in is at 4 pm. Checkout is at 11 am. Early check-in & late checkouts requests are subject to fees. We cannot confirm these requests until the day of as we’re never sure how the previous guest will leave the space. Guests who stay beyond their designated checkout time or delay our housekeeping staff are liable for any associated costs and expenses.
Must be 21+ years of age to rent. Guests of the rental party under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
Guests are not allowed to make a reservation in their city of residence.
Smoking, illegal drugs, parties, and excessive noise are not allowed, including on porches and in shared spaces. Smoking violations are subject to a $250 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. The use of marijuana in any way, shape, or form in or around our property is strictly prohibited.
Overnight guests that exceed the number stated in the reservation are not allowed.
We do not allow pets as a general rule, but dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. Please reach out with any questions. All dogs must be crated when you are away from the home and on leash when walking the property. A pet fee will be assessed. We encourage guests with service animals to contact us before their stay.
Guests are not allowed to use glitter, confetti, or any other sort of decoration that will make clean up difficult for the cleaning team. Guest may not tape anything to our walls, ceilings, or woodwork.
No refunds due to weather, the guest is responsible for navigating to the destination. Be sure to account for time of day, weather and terrain.
We provide enough consumable amenities, like toilet paper and paper towels, to get guests set up. Once these amenities are exhausted it is up to the guest to replenish as they see fit.
Guests take full responsibility for damages, injury, or loss that occur on the premises and its facilities. Guests must report any property damage to us. Unreported damages may be assessed a fee.
Quiet hours are from 9pm ET to 9am ET daily.
Booking a reservation constitutes an agreement to comply with the House Rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for any associated damages, fees, costs, or expenses.
No firearms are permitted on our premises.
