House : 1908, wooden floors, bright living room with awesome gas fireplace, dining room, dishwasher, BBQ, table on back deck. Great walkable neighborhood near lake, farmer's market. Wifi, large movie screen & projector in living room.

Great for companies, family gatherings, travelers but not parties.

A 5-car driveway is available (no extra charge) upon request.

Huge deck with multiple areas (for sun or shade), social kitchen with table and couch, dining room with built in 1908 cabinets.

For families: toys for toddlers, a fence-enclosed driveway with scooters and wiggle cars, and a swing in the front yard.

Bedrooms:
Master with Cal king bed, and love seat (TV is either here or living room, let us know if you have a preference).
Guest Room with queen bed (our favorite room with view of city)
Sun Room with Queen bed (+privacy curtains all around).
Kiddo Room with queen bed, and lots of lego, and children's books.
Converted "Hobbit Closet" Kiddo Room with Twin bed (whole room the size of that bed!)

Available sleeping mats or air mattress for where ever you like, including the dining room which closes off for privacy.

It's essential to be quiet at night outdoors. We're in a dense area and sound especially after 10p disturbs the neighbors. Complaints from neighbors on this note will forfeit the damage deposit, and could get you evicted immediately if severe.

A 3-car driveway is available (no extra charge) upon request. (There may be a car you'll block in, but only one we don't need access to for your trip.)

You'll have exclusive access to the entire original house, which no one will enter. There are other units on the property so all the outdoor spaces are shared, and there's a back stairs (external to the main house, past the locked doors) where others may be as well.

The microwave oven is just outside the kitchen in the shared back stairs (but you can move it - we just prefer more counter space).

We now have another home where we usually stay when this is rented, but I'm often available for a short tour and welcome at the beginning.

NOTE this has been our family's home - the spaces will be tidy and clean, but if you open the drawers or cabinets in the bathroom or bedroom, they're packed with stuff! Also the dishes aren't all matching, but it's got a fairly complete kitchen, you're totally welcome to poke around or ask us for whatever you need.

Other people live on the property, in other units, so the outdoor spaces and back stairs (external to your locked doors) are all shared.
