Idyllic Farmhouse Retreat on 100 Acres with Fire Pit, Hot Tub, and Grill

Tucked into 100 rare and peaceful acres, our farmhouse is a place to slow down. Watch deer in the fields, cross a wooden bridge over the brook, or gather around the fire pit under the stars, yet you're only a mile from downtown Kennebunk. With a hot tub, grill, cozy living spaces, and a beautifully restored barn (available for gatherings), it’s a retreat designed to nourish rest, connection, and the simple joy of being in nature. Rental Agreement required within 48 hours of booking.

The Space:
Welcome to High Haven Farm, where mornings begin with birdsong and sunlight pouring through the windows. The farmhouse is over 100 years old, but completely renovated to feel clean, open, and warm. It’s where we used to gather as a family: to cook, to rest, and to sit around the kitchen island talking about the day.

The kitchen is stocked with everything from a crepe maker to a crock pot, because meals bring people together. There's a big island with three stools, and a long dining table ready for laughter and wine.

The living room was made for curling up with a comfy sectional couch, a queen sleep sofa, and a game table that’s seen its share of late night card games.

Each bedroom has its own feel:
Bedroom 1: Peaceful and private with a queen bed, smart TV, and spa-style ensuite bathroom featuring a jacuzzi and walk-in shower
Bedroom 2: Bright and boho with a queen bed, orchard views, and a soft breeze through the open windows
Bedroom 3: Overlooks the open fields with a full size bed — you may spot deer grazing at dusk

Big windows bring the outside in. When they’re open, the air smells like pine and grass, and you can hear frogs by the pond.

Outside, there's space to wander: 100 acres with a brook, bridge, pond, and trails. Some guests come to adventure. Others come to just be.

The neighborhood:
It’s rare to feel this removed from the world, yet be so close to it. Downtown Kennebunk is just a mile away, an easy walk or quick drive to local shops and restaurants. Gooch’s Beach is only 4 miles (about a 10 minute drive) away for swimming, sunrise walks, or winter strolls. But many guests say the magic is right here watching turkeys cross the lawn, soaking in the hot tub, or reading by the fire pit as the sun sets over the field.

Other things to note:
Hot tub will not be in use for the month of June 2025 as it is under repair.

We’ll send a short Rental Agreement via messaging after booking, it must be signed before your booking. It includes our house rules (max 8 guests, no smoking, quiet hours 10 PM–7 AM, pet policy, etc.).

The 1800s timber barn is available for gatherings of up to 100 people with a separate agreement — message us if interested. Fire pit use must follow included safety instructions.
