The first thing you'll notice when you come in is how spacious this lovely house is! The layout is as follows:

Upstairs Loft Living Area:

Bed Setup:
*Bedroom 1: King Bed with ensuite bathroom (toilet, walk in shower and vanity with two sinks)
*Bedroom 2: Queen Bed with private bath (toilet, walk in shower and single vanity)
*Bedroom 3: Queen Bed with private bath (toilet, in tub shower and single vanity)

🔑  Good to Know
The house is Self-Catering but we provide a starter kit with essentials:
*1 extra toilet paper roll per bathroom
*1 paper towel roll
*2 trash bags
*2 laundry pods
*2 dishwasher pods
*1 small bottle of dish detergent
*1 small hand soap per bathroom

Optional Pool Heat:
*$25/day | 3-day minimum.
Please note that we have to charge a trip fee if you decide to take pool heat during your stay. If you decide prior to your arrival day this will not be charged.

Trash Disposal:
Please place bagged trash daily in the outdoor plastic bench container, it will be picked up.

Guest access:
Please come up to the main guard gate located at Westside Boulevard and Sunset Palms. Use the left lane to register with the guard and enter the resort.
To check in to the resort and be registered in the system for your stay, you will need to show your driver's license or passport and the confirmation email for your stay.
We don't utilize gate codes, since everyone is registered by the guard at the main gate.
Once you are registered one time, you can come and go as you please during the length of your stay, the gate for this house is on the opposite side of the main gate.

The house doesn't have it's own parking but there's plenty of spaces in front of the house.
