NEWLY RENOVATED 5/1/25 - Chic luxury condo offers renters the ultimate luxury resort vacation experience in Puerto Rico. Enclosed in a private peninsula with a walk to the to the amazing beach. Beautiful and spacious, perfect for a group or family located in a PGA golf course, steps from the Hyatt Regency, and near El Yunque National Forest, this beachfront villa caters to travelers seeking exclusivity, convenience, and nature. 25 minutes from SJU airport.
Although our property is located within the Hyatt property it is privately owned. The Hyatt is a hotel resort. Every patron of the Hyatt and its amenities other than the restaurants and bars must have a wristband that is purchased through Resort Pass or the resort’s website under “Events and Attractions”, then scroll down to “Day Pass”.
However, the restaurants and bars are available to anyone during their business hours and do not, currently, require a wristband to access, but reservations are required. The Hyatt Regency Grand has five great restaurants and three bars:
Free of charge, Coco Beach is directly across from our villas and runs the length of the hotel. It is a 3–5-minute walk, depending on your pace. You will have access to a wagon with 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, cooler and beach towels for your beach days.
The golf is spectacular! There are 27 holes and the Puerto Rico Open, a PGA event is played in late February/ early March. The costs are set by the resort and will vary based on the day of the week and if there are special events. General-use cart rental can be accessed through a service at Spartan Golf Cart Rental on premises.
The pool seen in the photos is a private pool for the villas. It is usually not busy and very kid-friendly due to the shallow depth. In the meantime, here is a little taste of our Puerto Rico:
Our condo is a short distance to many wonderful sites and excursions such as the El Yunque Rainforest, Horseback Riding, Luquillo Beach and Kiosks, Snorkeling, and Bio Bay Kayaking.
The condo is fully equipped with TV's, WIFI, Cable TV, AC, Body Wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, (3) Hair Dryers, Iron/Board, Towels, Linens, Comforters, Pillows, Washer and Dryer in the condo for private use and all kitchen appliances. Beach essentials also include: 8 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas and a cooler.

Mitten in der Gegend Zarzal, einem Stadtteil von Río Grande, befindet sich dieses Ferienhaus. Wyndham Rio Mar Golf Course und El Conquistador Golfplatz sind einen Ausflug wert, wenn du etwas Aufregendes erleben möchtest. Wer lieber die Natur der Region bewundern möchte, sollte Folgendes besuchen: Luquillo-Strand und El Yunque National Forest (Nationalpark). Ebenfalls einen Besuch wert sind diese beiden Highlights: Carabalí Rainforest Park und Naturschutzgebiet Las Cabezas de San Juan. Beim Kajakfahren und beim Schnorcheln kannst du die umliegende Wasserwelt erkunden oder aber du stürzt dich auf den Wander-/Radwegen und beim Reiten ganz in der Nähe in ein Abenteuer mit festem Boden unter den Füßen.

It’s highly recommended that you rent a car so you could venture off the grand reserve and resort properties and experienced the vibrant nightlife, restaurants and shopping in San Juan .
If you wish to stay on the resort properties, you may want to consider renting a golf cart instead of the short walk.
