•This home is pet-friendly! We allow a maximum of 2 dogs. The pet fee is $40/day (with a $250 maximum per stay). Additional fees for extra dogs will be determined on a case-by-case basis. There is a $300 penalty for not reporting that you are bringing a pet.
•This property is a 30-day minimum rental. Mid-stay inspections are required every 30 days. This will be an additional guest expense of $25/inspection. Mid-stay cleans are available upon request at guest expense.
