We’re excited to host you at our Tulum-inspired beach retreat! To ensure a comfortable and respectful experience for all guests (and our neighbors), please review the following house rules:

🔹 General Rules

No parties, loud gatherings, or events are permitted.

Only guests registered on the reservation are allowed on the property.

Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM—please be mindful of neighbors.

No smoking or vaping inside the home.

No pets allowed unless prior approval has been granted.

🧹 Check-Out Responsibilities
To help our cleaning team and ensure a smooth turnover:

Place all dirty towels on the bathroom floor.

Put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run it before check-out.

Remove all trash and place it in the designated community dumpster.

Return any moved furniture or items to their original location.

Close and lock all doors and windows before leaving.

🛁 Hot Tub Use

Always replace the hot tub cover securely after each use.

Be sure the waterfall feature is turned off before replacing the cover.

No glass or food in or near the hot tub.

Children must be supervised at all times while using the hot tub.

📋 Inventory & Damages

An initial inventory of household and beach items is provided at check-in. Please review and report any missing or damaged items within 12 hours of arrival.

Guests are responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property during their stay.

🚗 Parking & Access

Parking is available for two vehicles in the private garage.

Do not block neighboring driveways or access to shared areas.

🏖 Beach & Community Amenities

Please rinse off sand before entering the home.

Return all beach items to the garage after use.

Respect shared community areas, including the pool and dumpster locations.
