* Private Room Notice: Please be aware that the room labeled as "Private" is off-limits to guests. Unauthorised access will incur a fine of $2,000.

* Parking Policy: Kindly be advised that guests are entitled to park a maximum of two vehicles.

* A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.

* No Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the home, as well as on balconies, front yards, and backyards (if applicable). To maintain a healthy and pleasant environment, a $500 penalty will apply for any violation of this policy. Thank you for helping us keep the space safe and enjoyable for all.

* Bugs & Critters: While we routinely treat the home for pests, sightings of insects or critters are still possible—after all, we’re in the beautiful Smoky Mountains! Please help keep them outside by keeping doors closed at all times.

* Essentials & Shopping: The unit is thoughtfully stocked with amenities for a comfortable short-term stay. For any additional personal items or preferences, nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas are easily accessible.
