Linen and towel package can be purchased at an additional cost; otherwise, renters must bring their own linens and towels. Beach towels are not provided and must be brought by the renters, even if the linen and towel package is purchased.
Renters must supply their own paper products (i.e. toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, etc.), laundry soap and dryer sheets.
Quiet hours are from 10:00PM to 8:00AM
Television streaming only with renter's own streaming account. This home does not have cable.
There are security cameras, which have audio and video monitoring, on the exterior of the property only.
Gusts must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests who are under the age of 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the entire duration of the reservation.

Community Amenities and Information:
Renters are required to pay an Access Fee and sign a waiver to use the amenities. This fee is payable at the Athletic Center which is located in Lakeside Village. Check-in with the Concierge upon arrival.
Daily or weekly amenity passes are available for use of the pools, fitness center, basketball courts, activities room, mini golf, and Bocce courts.
For an additional fee, daily or weekly passes are available for the tennis & pickleball courts, use of kayak & SUPs, golf course (9 or 18 holes), bike rentals, and the day spa (massages, facials, and nail services)
During In-Season (05/23/2025 to 09/01/2025) there is no Saturday use of the pools, fitness center, or racquet courts for rental guests.
