The Sand Castle

"The Sand Castle" is the PERFECT place to host your family's getaway! Just 15 min from the famous Anna Maria Island and Bradenton Beach, at a fraction of the costs to stay on the island itself! Welcome to this 3 bedroom oasis, fully equipped with multiple unique places to create the best memories. With an expansive living room, built for entertaining and overlooking the oversized, fully fenced backyard, a game room, back patio, AND screened in Florida Room, the possibilities are endless.
Guest access
You have access the the entire house, including the Game room/Laundry room, screened in porch and back yard. The sheds are locked and a few owner closets and drawers. There are 4 beach folding chairs and an umbrella as well as a cooler and beach blanket in the hallway closet that can be used as well!

Additional Rules:

Monitor children at all times ESPECIALLY around the pool.

An adult needs to be with children at all times.

Take ladder out of pool at the end of the day.

Pool maintenance comes Tuesday

Take out trash and put in bin on side of house Trash(black bins)/recycling(blue)

Clean out all food from refrigerator and cupboards.

Clean up kitchen including your dishes and stove top

Please do your best not to throw food and grease down the drain

Remove bed sheets and place in hamper before you leave. Hampers to be put in laundry room.

Leave covers on the couches

Do not use fire pit or fireplace. They are decorative, not functional at this time.

Do not tape cameras in the front of the house. Just like a hotel, they are there for safety. *message me with comments or concerns

Depending on amount of cleaning needed, a portion of the cleaning fee may be returned. * I would love not to have a fee but some people do not know how to care for property or house rules.

An extra fee *based on amount of extra cleaning *will be charged if an unauthorized event/party is held without the knowledge of owner or owners local family.

*No A/C in bonus area/Laundry room. Entire main house air conditioned!
