We're sisters with over 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry, and we've turned our passion for travel into creating exceptional guest experiences. We chose Victoria Park because it offers the best of both worlds—it's a peaceful, family-friendly neighborhood with tree-lined streets, yet just a 5-minute drive to the vibrant energy of Las Olas Boulevard. From there, you can enjoy a scenic walk along the river, hop on the Fort Lauderdale water trolley for some sightseeing, or head straight to the beach. Our apartment is also conveniently located near grocery stores and pharmacies, making it easy to relax and enjoy everything the city has to offer.

What makes our property truly special is the balance it offers—centrally located for easy access to Fort Lauderdale’s top spots, yet tucked in a peaceful setting perfect for unwinding. Inside, you'll find a calming, tropical-modern design with thoughtful touches throughout. We created a unique art wall facing the dedicated workspace to spark creativity and inspiration, and added a cozy coffee and tea bar so you can start your mornings relaxed and refreshed. It’s a space designed with comfort, style, and the guest experience in mind.
