Thoughtfully designed across two expansive levels, this home comfortably sleeps 10 – 12 and includes 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a gourmet kitchen, and two distinct living areas with plenty of space for your group to spread out. Whether you’re gathering around the stone fireplace, enjoying the stunning mountain views from the expansive deck, or relaxing in the hot tub after a day in the mountains, this is your home away from home!

The main level boasts a spacious family room with ample seating, centered around a beautiful stone fireplace. Large windows flood the space with natural light, complemented by exposed wooden beams for a warm, rustic feel. The gourmet kitchen features high-end Thermador appliances, a massive island with seating for five, a coffee bar, pantry, and a distinct dining area. Step outside with your morning coffee to enjoy the expansive deck. The main level also includes a primary master bedroom with an en suite bath, a queen guest room, and an additional full bath — perfect for multiple families to spread out.

Lower Level:
The lower level offers even more space for relaxation with a second master bedroom, also featuring an en suite bath, a bunk room, and another full bathroom with a tub. Unwind in the expanded family room, equipped with a 75" TV, a foosball table, and a large sectional couch that converts to a queen bed. You'll have easy access to the backyard and hot tub, as well as a dedicated laundry room with a washer and dryer for your convenience.

Renter's Agreement:
To complete your reservation, we require a signed renter’s agreement which outlines house rules and policies. We’ll provide the agreement after booking request, and your stay will be confirmed once it’s signed.

Our home is located in the Ledge View Lodges neighborhood — Bartlett's newest community of luxury mountain homes. As the neighborhood continues to grow, new homes are still being built. You may experience some construction noise, typically limited to weekday working hours. We appreciate your understanding as the community takes shape!
