The property is pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of one dog weighing up to 40 lbs. Please no dog on the furniture or beds. Please bring your own dog bedding and towels. Please clean up your dogs waste. Please dry your dog off before entering the house. Please don't not leave your dog unattended at the property ever per Sonoma County Vacation Rental Ordinance. Dog must also be leashed if walking on the streets and to the car.

By Booking Primary guest acknowledges a Security Deposit Hold of $300 must be submitted 2 days before arrival (an email outside of Airbnb with a secure link to enter credit card details will be sent, if Booking on VRBO security deposit hold information is collected at time of booking.
