The second bedroom features two queen beds with a full bath. The 3rd bedroom features a full/twin bunk bed. The condo has an oceanside and bayside balcony with an electric grill.

- Only 8 guests maximum allowed on property.
- Minimum age to check in is 25.
- No pets.
