Other Things to Note:
Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied access at check-in, as per the Building Parking Policy.

Examples of vehicles that will not be allowed include:

1. Cars with breathalyzer systems, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.
2. Large Vehicles – including sprinter vans, extended economy vans, 10-passenger vehicles or larger, or anything exceeding the height limit of 6'8".
3. Dually trucks or service vehicles – due to wide wheel wells or additional storage containers (these are too difficult to maneuver in the garage).
4. Vehicles with after-market lifts or custom rims and tires.
5. Motorcycles or tricycles that are not car-controlled.

Pets are allowed based on size, but please notify us in advance if you're bringing a pet to prevent potential cancellation. There is an additional cleaning fee for pets:

- Stays of 1-4 nights: $25 per night, per pet
- Stays of 5-29 nights: $200 per pet
- Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per pet

Please be aware that the company is not responsible for any maintenance or repairs in the building.

Guest verification before arrival is required.

To comply with legal obligations and enhance property security, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, complete our verification process, and possibly undergo a background check.

Additionally, all guests must sign a rental usage agreement that outlines the terms of your stay. By booking, you agree to:

- Abide by the rental terms and conditions.
- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

- Acknowledge that check-in instructions will be sent after verification is completed.

Guests must provide required information within 24 hours of booking; for same-day bookings, this must be done within 1 hour. Reservations that do not meet verification requirements may be canceled.

Surveillance cameras are present in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is installed in the unit to monitor noise levels.
