Welcome to Casa Paseo – your sunny escape with mountain views, a lush backyard, and a pool that’s always ready to refresh. It’s a perfect home base for experiencing Palm Springs, venturing into the high desert, exploring hiking trails, & chilling poolside. Its spacious, minimalist design is inviting for families, couples, & groups of friends. The house is within walking distance of supermarkets, local restaurants, & public transit. We’re doing our best to promote sustainability. All are welcome!

☀️ Chill Vibe: Imagine sipping coffee or having a glass of wine with the San Jacinto Mountains as your backdrop, floating in a pool framed by bougainvillea and unique cacti, and succulents, or stargazing by the fire pit after a day of exploring. From the moment you arrive, it’s clear: Casa Paseo was designed to help you relax and recharge.

Casa Paseo, an Air Concierge Vacation Home, is great for families, couples, and groups of friends. The neighborhood and surrounding areas are LGBTQIA+ safe. All are welcome here!

* It’s a shallow pool (about 4.5-feet deep) that has wide steps and a dedicated wading area, so it’s great for kids

* 2-burner Weber grill and multiple chill spots for cocktails or coffee
* Fire pit located in the back corner of the yard, which is great for evening chats and hangouts!
* Front yard seating with unbeatable mountain views and desert wildlife sightings
* Pool toys and floaties (for all ages!) and pool towels provided
* Say hi to Barry the flamingo—he’s our resident pool float celebrity!

🛏 Bedroom Highlights:
* Primary Bedroom: King bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom (with a shower and tub), large closet, a swivel chair, and a secluded patio with seating
* Bedroom 2: Two twin beds (by request can also be put together to make a low-lying king bed). It also has a built-in closet, an optional pack and play, and optional kids’ toys and books.
* Bedroom 3: Queen bed, comfy reading chair, built-in closet

🌎 Sustainability Matters: Casa Paseo proudly supports sustainable practices. Palm Springs composts, and we make it easy for you to participate with compost bags and instructions on site. We also recycle Nespresso pods and use eco-conscious cleaning products.

⚡ Please Note:
* Guests have access to the entire house and yard. Please treat the space as if it was your own
* Smart lock check-in with custom code
* No cameras on the property for total guest privacy
* The city allows a maximum of 3 cars to park on the property during each stay
* Garage is not available for guests

🚨Heads Up: The house is near Palm Springs International Airport, so airplanes fly overhead. There is some air traffic noise.

💦 Pool Heating:
*Pool heating can be hired for the whole stay. It’s $75 per day and we need 72 hours advance notice. Please inquire about different fees if booking long (28+ night) stays;
*Pool heating when hired is limited to 87F;
*Pool does not need to be heated during the Summer months (June-August) it’s usually 80F+ naturally;
*Hosts will not be able to provide any refunds for occasional non-working pool heating that occur during your stay but we will do our best to have it solved in a timely manner.
*Any tampering with or overriding of our settings will result in a complete loss of the amenity and security deposit forfeiture.

📌 House rules:
* NO smoking inside or outside the house
* NO glass bottles or glassware outside
* No eating in the pool
* Swim at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty
* It can be very windy in the area, umbrellas MUST be closed when not in use or when windy. If umbrellas are broken due to wind damage, guests will be charged a replacement fee
* Please keep the BBQ grill away from the house and do not use it under any roof covering or umbrella

The City of Palm Springs has strict requirements for vacation rental guests - any violations and fines are the renter’s responsibility:
* Max 6 adults + 2 kids overnight, 4 additional daytime guests allowed
* Must be 25+ to book
* NO music outdoors at any time. Any music must be played inside and inaudible at the property line.
* Quiet hours from 10 p.m.–10 a.m.
* Max 3 parked cars on site
* Absolutely NO parties

‼️ KEY VACATION RENTAL REGULATIONS:
* A written rental agreement is required prior to occupancy of this Vacation Rental Property.
* The responsible person, whose name is on the rental contract must provide a copy of a government issued ID to the Vacation Rental Host.
* The Responsible Party occupying this Vacation Rental Property shall be at least 25 years old; and is responsible for the compliance of the Vacation Rental Regulations for all occupants and guests.
* Amplification of sound, including music, outdoor speakers, TV’s, etc., outside of the dwelling unit is PROHIBITED and SHALL NOT BE AUDIBLE AT THE PROPERTY LINE.
* Maximum occupancy limits for this Vacation Rental Property as listed above shall not be exceeded at any time. Please note that Vacation Rental unit operators may impose their own occupancy limits as long as they do not exceed the City’s.
* Parking is limited to one (1) car per bedroom.
* Trash and refuse shall not be left stored within public view and must be in proper containers for the purpose of collection by the collectors and between the hours of five a.m. and eight p.m. on scheduled trash collection days.
* Occupants are subject to immediate citation and fine for creating a disturbance or violating the Vacation Rental or other regulations.
* Guests will be charged the TOT and TBID taxes.
***URGENT - PLEASE READ ***

Due to new stricter regulations in Palm Springs, now every guest who books a Vacation Rental in the city is required to receive the Good Neighbor Brochure and also have all guests in the party fill out and sign the Statement of Rules BEFORE having access to the property. In addition to that, we need a list of all guests’ vehicles, including license plate numbers and also a copy of your Government ID.

As the person booking this property, you are the main point of contact and person responsible for ensuring your guests comply with the house rules and City rules. Please be advised that the City will fine renters starting in $500 per occurrence without notice if they fail to comply with the local ordinance.

The main sources of violations are:
-An excessive and unaccounted number of guests onsite
-An excessive number of cars
-Loud outdoor music (and this includes playing music from inside the home so you can hear it outside)
-Trash left outside and on sight

Please send us the FIRST and LAST NAMES and EMAILS from every adult staying at the house. Only registered guests as listed on the rental agreement should be on the premises. No additional guests or visitors allowed.

Definitions:

NO REFUNDS - Even the best or newest home has equipment that may occasionally malfunction and cannot be guaranteed operational 100% of the time. We promise to act immediately to remedy any issues, however, we do not relocate or issue refunds due to malfunctioning equipment or any other guest dissatisfaction or due to construction noise or any other items out of our control, unless the home is considered uninhabitable.

No one likes rules, least of all, us -- but we do have a few requirements so that the home is in as perfect a shape for each guest as possible.
- Please respect check-in and checkout times. Check-in: 4pm-10pm. Checkout: 11am
- Primary renter must be over the age of 25, have a fully verified profile and previous positive reviews inside the booking platform.
- The maximum occupancy for the property may not be exceeded at any time.
- Host may request a photocopy of the renter's ID for verification before check-in.
- All rentals with 28+ nights require a rental agreement signed naming and identifying all adult occupants (must present valid ID).
- This is a private property and the host reserves the right to access the property at any time to perform maintenance repairs necessary or requested by the renter.
- Maintenance/Vendors schedule: we are unable to offer refunds or credits for inconveniences due to scheduling and maintenance done during your stay.
