THE SPACE:

House Layout:
Our house has 3 stories. The 1st floor includes the living room, kitchen, and a half bath. 2nd floor, you'll find 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The 3rd floor/Attic features an additional bedroom without a door.

Laundry Amenities:
Our home is equipped with a combo washer and dryer unit, allowing for both washing and drying of clothes. Laundry deterguent are in place.

Some parts of Lawrenceville are designated as Residential Permit Parking zones, and non-permit holders may face time restrictions during certain hours. It’s always a good idea to check the posted signs for any specific rules or restrictions. Let me know if you have any other questions!
