Casitas @21 are actually 4 fully furnished separate suites that are newly renovated/new built and can be rented as one property or 4 separate suites.
With a large pool, hot tub, multiple seating areas, a grass field large enough to play a friendly game of futbol (soccer) or find peace in yoga, 5 min walk to the Gulf of Mexico and your own bright airy suite with a private entrance to retreat to. What more can you ask for!
*The 4th story seating area offers a breathtaking 360 degree view that includes the ria, Chelem, and the Gulf of Mexico.
*The shared space 2nd story offers a full outdoor kitchen, seating for dinning, indoor seating area, and bathroom.
*Libre: a 2 story, 1 bedroom, 1 2/3 bath with a comfy king bed.
*Sky: a 3rd story studio with a comfy king bed that can also convert to 2 single beds.
*Home: a ground floor studio with a comfy king bed that can also convert to 2 single beds.
*Arcos: a ground floor studio with a king bed.

The Neighborhood:
It would be easy to spend your stay enjoying the beach just outside your door. But if you want to explore a little more, make the 20 min drive to the newly renovated Puerto Progreso Malecon, a 30 min drive to the beautiful Merida. Chichen Itza, Uxmal, Izamal (The City of Gold), Santa Barbara cenotes and many, many more historical Mayan sites are within a 2-hour drive. No car? That’s ok, Tuk tuks, taxis, Uber, and private drivers are all available for hire.

Getting Around:
There are Tuk tuks, Uber, combi bus, and private drivers in the area.

Other Things to Note:
Because we are a small fishing village on the Gulf of Mexico the area can have power and internet outages. If this should happen the hosts will do everything in their power to get these services restored however there will be no refunds or discounts due to loss of utility services.
