Unser einzigartiges Zuhause bietet über 6000 Quadratmeter unbegrenzten Platz. Wir bieten Ihnen einen echten Süden Süden Gastfreundschaft Aufenthalt. Wir sind direkt 16 km von der Innenstadt von Nashville entfernt. Unser Haus liegt auf 8 Hektar, so dass Sie viel Privatsphäre und Abgeschiedenheit haben. Wir bieten eine große Wrap-around-Deck auch einen Campingplatz auf der Rückseite und 2 Whirlpools im Inneren des Hauses. Wenn Mahlzeiten benötigt werden, haben wir auch eine Mahlzeit Prep Dame. Fühlen Sie sich frei, um die Eigenschaft durchstreifen und Angeln in unserem Teich auch! Wir freuen uns darauf, Sie zu treffen! Es gibt 6 Schlafzimmer und 6 Badezimmer. 15 Betten reichen von König über Königin bis hin zu voll und ein paar Doppelbetten. 3 Kühlschränke. Gefrierschrank in der Hauptküche ist nicht erlaubt und 1 Tiefkühlschrank in der Tiefgarage. Viel Platz für jede Art von Veranstaltung oder Veranstaltung. Uber / Lyft Fahrten reichen von 13 bis 16 Dollar pro Strecke. Gasgrill und Holzkohle für Ihre Wahl. Zusammen mit Wein und Bier im Spielzimmer. Very poor condition

It’s been a long time since this property would qualify as a mini-mansion. More like a worn out fraternity house. Junk cars in yard, refrigerator doesn’t work, oven filthy and handle falls off, gas grill rusted out with food inside. In addition owner did not put his personal things away including box of 9mm ammo in bed stand and underwear on floor of closet.

Met our needs and owner very accommodating!

As stated by several previous guests, updates and repairs are needed for this aging beauty, and yes, some areas could have been cleaner. Having shared that, I must say it is very roomy and it met our crowds needs. The main reason for the 4 star review was that the home owner was helpful and very accommodating to our check in and check out requests. Thank you again!

Great spot for big groups

Jaquan has a great house that was awesome for large groups. Easy drive to all the hotspots in Nashville. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms as well as common space for entertaining. Highly recommend!

Terrible and filthy rental

Not sure where to start with this extremely disappointing rental. The pictures were inaccurate and completely deceiving. Main refrigerator in kitchen was broken with note that said out of freon. Handle on stove broken, shower door broken. Filthy conditions with mouse poison all over the house. Front door would not close or lock the first night we stayed. Floors were dirty. Swimming pool in the backyard with trees growing out of it. Open food in other remaining refrigerators throughout the house. Does not sleep as many people as advertised. So dirty we had to go buy pillows and blankets at Walmart and candles to cover the bad smell. Open bedroom filled with stuff. Owner was pleasant and promptly responded to communication, but it was still a big disappointment.

Perfect weekend getaway for the guys

Jaquan was an amazing host. Only unfortunate experience was that we weren't able to meet him in person as he was out of town. We had a group travel in to Nashville for a golf getaway and this house was perfect for us. Jaquan was incredibly helpful and accommodating with all of our requests and I would definitely stay again if we ever have a group going back to Nashville.

Top notch

Jaquan was the best host any of us have had at a rental property. We were in town celebrating a bachelor party with 18 of us and the house was perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and Jaquan even brought in and put away groceries we had delivered to the house prior to our arrival. We also had a box of shirts made and delivered and Jaquan held onto them for us for a couple months before we arrived. The house is in the suburbs with a lot of land We never had any issues getting an Uber and the cost was not expensive to gey diwntown. Can't say enough great things about the host as well as the property itself. Thank you Jaquan

Family Thanksgiving

The house is quite large, which accommodated our large family gathering for Thanksgiving. As noted in previous reviews, the house is dated, which really was no concern to us. Quite frankly, a home's original flair can be very unique. The home was convenient to downtown Nashville. There are a few things that we feel other potential renters should be aware of. The kitchen wasn't as clean as we had expected. We traveled with family members who are VRBO members with rental properties and they were very concerned about the shape of the kitchen. The cabinet under the stove was extremely dirty. The pots and pans had to be washed before use. The cabinets could have used a good overall cleaning and organizing. The large subzero refrigerator was broken, which made it very difficult and inconvenient, especially for preparing a large Thanksgiving dinner. We had to use the frig in the garage, which made for lots of visits to the garage. The back deck is in terrible shape. To say it needed repairing is an understatement. It needs to be removed and rebuilt. It could be a liability issue for the owners. Many nails were protruding through the top of the boards and many boards were rotten. There should be a sign and even a no entry sign regarding the pool area. We gave the home a 4 star rating, mostly because the owner was extremely helpful and very easy to work with. We ask for a highchair and one was provided when we arrived. Any time we had questions, Jaquan responded within minutes or a the very least the same day. Overall we had a wonderful time and thankful for finding a home large enough to accommodate our gathering. M. Hollen

Could use some Cleanning up and upgrades.

The house is big with a lot of space but very dated. Basement must have recently been flooded as it had an awful odor, we kept the door shut and never went down there. Was told the Day before our trip that the main fridge was broke, we did a lot of cooking so that was an inconvience. This property worked for us as we had a big group but it's not in the best shape.

The house has a lot of potential to be a real gem in the city.

Overall, the house met our needs for a company retreat. The weather was very nice, so we spent most of the afternoon on the porch. The large flat screen in the living room served as our presentation center. The house and surrounding property needs a little TLC. Extensive cooking supplies were a plus. Jaquan communicated very well and was available if we needed anything.

Perfect for a large group

This property was great for a large group. Plenty of space to fit all of us. Bedrooms were a great size. Any questions we had the owner was quick to help us out. 20 minutes to the airport and about 13 minutes to downtown.

The property was amazing!

Overall great house for a large group. Very clean, tons of parking, plently of places to sleep. The owner was great! From day one of booking to leaving he was very responsive and very accommodating! Super nice guy he even gave recommendations for food and places to go! He went above and beyond!
