Well equiped with a king size bed, AC, comfy sofas, and with an incredible bath tub on the private terrace, ideal to take a bath enjoying the green view.

As a guest you have access to the common areas in the complex and private access to the unit with a terrace with a exterior bath tub.

As a guest you have access too to the common amenities of the condo, such as:

- Temazcal: Steam bath from the Mayan culture for purification and connection with nature.
- Outdoor and covered pool to cool off.
- Yoga Tower to revitalize body and mind.

Our concierge will contact you a day in advance for the check in details, dont hesitate to contact him anytime.

All communication must be done through messaging. We are several people in charge of messages with you guests and we need to use the same channel to keep track of your reservation and be able to serve you efficiently.

We include 10 KW per night during your stay. In case to go over we charge $8 MXN per extra KW. We take a picture of the meter on your check in and on the check out to verify the consumption, you have access to the meters anytime.

Our concierge will always be available to attend any of your inquiries.

Upon arrival, we will request a security deposit of 300 USD, which is refundable at the end of your stay, to cover any damage or loss to the apartment.
Tulum is a destination in constant development and growth, which makes it truly unique and special.
However, this ongoing evolution can sometimes present challenges related to local infrastructure.

Some basic services such as hot water, electricity, internet, or water pressure may experience occasional temporary interruptions due to external factors or ongoing work in the area.
These situations are beyond our control, but we will always do our best to assist you and resolve any issues as quickly as possible.

Additionally, please note that some access roads may be unpaved, which is common in various areas of Tulum.

As our guest, you have free access to our exclusive beach club, located at kilometer 9.3 in Tulum’s hotel zone—one of the most beautiful spots on the coast.
