From the expansive foregrounds to the ultra private rear escape you are surrounded by beautiful trees, rock outcroppings and natural foliage. The rear deck overlooks the natural rock pool. The walking and garden paths take you to the year round paddle boating and fishing pond, fire pit area, and basketball hoop.

Gorgeous home retreat with 5 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two living rooms, full kitchen, a library, dining areas, huge garage transformed into a game room, patio area, unheated pool with attached unheated spa, on 2.2 acres with walking paths, beautiful paddle boating and fishing pond, fire pit area, and basketball hoop.

Game room includes a pool table, air hockey table, foosball table, ping pong table, shuffle board table, dart board, movie theatre area, and bar area.

This is not a location to throw a big party; the guest that initiates the rental must be on the property.

does not allow big parties or events at certain properties. Our maximum for overnight guests does not allow for this home to qualify for a party/event waiver. If we knowingly hosted a party/event we would not be covered for any damages for anything that goes wrong. If we did and we got caught, we would be removed from the platform and banned for life, which we are not willing to risk, sorry. So please do not ask, and do not do.
Guest access
All spaces are for guest use except for locked cabinets/closets. This is a very big home, so several cabinets/closets have been locked for supplies. Home is recommended for adult use, however if children are present they must be supervised at all times.
Other things to note
By this property you are agreeing to use the swimming pool and pond areas at your own risk, agreeing that the owner/host/co-host is not responsible for injuries sustained by guests.

If a repair is required, guests must notify the host immediately.

Guests must use the swimming pool and the paddle boat at the pond in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions.

The safety fence around the property must remain secure and the gate locked.

There is no electric vehicle charging port available.
