An outdoor kitchen area with 2 barbecues (gas or charcoal) is perfect for delicious cocktails and sunset meals. Excellent private chef service can also be arranged upon request.

This comfortable home includes fast internet and strong Wi-Fi. You can also use the smart TVs to access your favorite shows or movies.

Price is based on double occupancy for a maximum of 4 people for the villa's main level, which includes the 2 master bedrooms with water views, kitchen, dining and living areas, guest toilet, balconies, terraces, and pool. An additional $35 USD/person/night applies for extra guests. Chef service, massage, and other services are extra.

For Christmas 2025 - New Year 2026 holidays, bookings are only for a minimum 6-night stay between December 20-28, or between December 29-January 4, or 12 nights spanning those dates only.

Pets are not allowed due to owner allergies.

A large open dining area, exquisite cocktail bar with wine cooler, adjacent powder room and comfortable bedroom all offer absolutely stunning views, overlooking the Palapa. The large covered terrace and the beautiful ocean waterway of Puerto Aventuras will impress you. You can go out and swim, kayak in the ocean! The large pool is directly on the water where you can lounge on the comfortable bean bags, watch the boats and nature. You can also fish directly from the lower terrace.

Getting to our home in Puerto Aventuras is easy and convenient. The nearest airport is Cancún International Airport (CUN), located about a 1-hour drive from Puerto Aventuras.

From the Airport:

Private Transportation: For a seamless arrival, we can arrange private transportation for you directly from the airport to the house. Your driver will greet you at the arrivals area and take you straight to the property so you can start your vacation stress-free. Please let us know your flight details if you wish to book this service!

By Rental Car: All major car rental companies operate at the airport. Driving is straightforward - you’ll take Highway 307 directly south, following signs for Tulum. Puerto Aventuras is a well-known stop along the way.

Parking: Yes, private on-site parking is included. You’ll have your own parking space right at the property, making it easy and convenient to come and go throughout your stay.

By Public Shuttle: Shared shuttle vans to Puerto Aventuras are also available. This option is budget-friendly but may take longer due to stops along the route.

Once in Puerto Aventuras, everything within the community is easy to reach by walking, bicycle, or golf cart, and we’ll provide recommendations for local transportation options during your stay.
