Our brand new home is situated on 3 acres of property with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, wood stove and a fire-pit. Our home is 2.5-3 hrs from NYC depending on traffic, <10 mins from Margaretville, 10 mins from Andes, <20 mins from Belleayre ski resort and close to multiple hiking trails.

We have all the modern amenities- a large tv, home theatre system, good internet, dedicated workspace, two reading lounges, books, coffee.

Please note - The private road leading to the property is rugged and you would need an SUV to get there. We also get a lot of snow in the winter and you would need to be comfortable driving in the snow. We do our best to get the snow plowed but there is only so much that can be done.
