Welcome to Castle in the City. Step back in time in this beautifully preserved historic mansion. Enjoy original woodwork, intricate finishes and impeccable craftmanship from the turn of the century, with the luxurious and modern conveniences of today. This gorgeous home was built in 1884 by the well-known Denver architect William Lang, who also created the famous Molly Brown house. This unique property is one of a kind. There is nothing quite as special on the mid-term, furnished Denver rental market.
The Space:
This meticulously renovated 3200-square-foot home has 3 sleeping spaces (2 private bedrooms & 1 open loft), 2.5 bathrooms and is flooded with natural light, sky high ceilings and luxurious amenities that will make you feel right at home. Perfect for special gatherings with friends and family, executives, business meetings, and performing artists.
In addition to an outdoor space equipped with a firepit, gas grill, egg grill and pizza oven, there are several spots to unwind and relax. Enjoy morning coffee on the outdoor second floor balcony, cocktails in the sophisticated formal living room, movies and sporting events in the swanky TV room, or a cozy fireside evening in the huge family room with exposed stonework and gorgeous cathedral ceilings.
Enjoy complimentary Hulu+ Ad free Live TV with Disney and ESPN on every television throughout the home.

The TV room has a large smart TV, butter soft leather chairs and a couch to accommodate seating for five.
The formal living room features custom painted walls, swanky chandeliers, a huge picture window, decorative fireplace, velvet couch and three sitting chairs.
The formal dining room features seating for 6, a decorative fireplace and a stunning chandelier. The location off the formal living room and kitchen creates a perfect flow for entertaining guests.
The state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen is equipped with an island, an oversized refrigerator/freezer and a large gas range. This space is truly a chef’s dream and a perfect spot to entertain.
The upstairs family room is a stunning space fitted with a gas fireplace, TV, oversized leather couch and seating for eight.
Bedrooms & Bathrooms:
The spacious master bedroom has an ample sized wardrobe, and a large ensuite bathroom equipped with double sinks, an enclosed steam shower, elevated soaking tub, and a private water closet. Enjoy watching TV from the comfort of your king-sized bed.
The private second bedroom conveniently sits directly across from the large second bathroom and is furnished with a queen-sized bed, dresser, and laundry closet. The bathroom is fitted with a beautiful claw foot tub/ shower, full sized mirror and pedestal sink.
The loft bedroom is equipped with a queen-sized bed, TV with Wii, lounging chair and space for hanging clothing. This space is easily accessible from a stunning staircase off the upstairs family room.

TRAVEL INSURANCE/CANCELLATIONS:
We HIGHLY recommend buying travel insurance. We cannot provide a refund for anything that falls outside of our cancellation policy and the dates that correspond with the policy.
