Nestled in Wells, this delightful cottage offers two cozy bedrooms with two full beds, perfect for a small group of guests. This cottage #241 is located in the Beach Center Village which is conveniently located right across from the pool area and clubhouse. It has a shared patio where you can enjoy an outdoor cookout. There is a gas grill for your convenience.

The rental season of 2025 will be the first year this cottage has rented after the owners have completely updated everything. There are all new appliances and everything is freshly painted.

Additionally, there is a charming living room with an extra full bed for added comfort. This cottage will sleep 6 people. The whole cottage is decorated beautifully and will not disappoint! Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen and all of the conveniences of home.

Whether you're looking to relax in the fitness room, take a swim in the heated pool, unwind in the hot tub, play some pickle ball, or just explore the area, this welcoming retreat has everything you need for a phenomenal and enjoyable stay. We hope you enjoy what our place and Wells has to offer.

Please note that Linens and towels are not included with this rental. The owners have small Yorkshire dog with hair that does visit the cottage occasionally. However, the cottage is always thoroughly cleaned before your arrival.

Beach Dreams Cottages Condominiums is located in the picturesque New England seaside town of Wells, Maine. The community consists of 229 quaint cottages on 43 acres of land. It is located on US Coastal Route 1 and easily accessible via Interstate 95. The amenities include one large clubhouse, a fully equipped gym, game arcade, tennis courts, basketball, a heated swimming pool, and a hot tub all of which are accessible to those who rent.

It is located about 1 1/2 miles from Moody Beach. There is so much to do in this area! There is excellent fishing (stripers and blue fish), biking, boating & kayaking, golfing (Old Marsh golf course is awesome and is just 3 miles away), beautiful beaches, many-many great restaurants, quaint shops and some of the nicest people you will meet!
