Unten befindet sich der Strand mit den doppelten Luxusliegen sechs Schlafzimmer, darunter eine Master Suite mit Blick auf das Wasser auf drei Seiten. Die wunderschöne, geräumige Küche verfügt über eine große Mittelinsel, Marmoroberflächen, einen Weinkühlschrank und Geräte der Spitzenklasse - das Haus verfügt über einen separaten Arbeits- / Familien- und Billard- / Freizeitraum - eine Garage mit Sportartikeln, die jede Familie vom Radfahren abhalten kann Paddeln zum Kajakfahren - fast jedes Zimmer verfügt über Flachbildfernseher, DVD-Player und Sonos im Hauptwohnbereich - es gibt eigene private Stufen zum Strand

Perfect house!

We couldn’t have found a more perfect house to spend a week in Montauk for my niece’s wedding. The views take your breath away the minute you walk in the door. It’s beautifully decorated, spacious and has a magnificent kitchen. I’ll cherish the memories we made each night sitting by the outdoor fire on the deck. Jeanine and Josh were readily available and the cleaning service was fantastic. We would stay here again in a heartbeat! Thank you so much!

Outstanding in every way

The property is more beautiful in person than in the photos graphs. The views are amazing from sun up to sunset. Shrimp boats in the morning, sail boats during the day and early evening and the sunsets are spectacular especially sitting by the beautiful outdoor fire pit. The kitchen has everything, the linens are great quality and the beds very comfortable. This home also had everything you need, bikes, paddle boards, beach chairs, ping pong and pool tables and a PacMan machine!!! 9 adult women had plenty of room and we loved this house! No complaints, it was perfect!

Great location and fun space

This large modern house right on Block Island Sound is an oasis on the point. The property manager is responsive and helpful. The beds are comfortable and the linens are nice. The furniture is comfy. The equipment in the game room needs maintenance and updating as does the audio/video/internet hardware. The large fireplace and ample supply of wood kept us warm when we lost power in a freak spring storm. The house itself is well-stocked and the kitchen is a dream. I noted that the door to the outside from the basement suite does not open and there was leakage from one of the large ocean-facing windows in the dining room when it was raining. All in all we had a very pleasant stay, and would definitely go back.

An Oasis of Calm in These Crazy Times

This was our first family holiday since the beginning of the pandemic, and we could not have asked for a better setting. The house is very spacious, elegantly furnished and equipped with everything you could ask for. It's just a short drive from Montauk and enjoys access to a small private beach. We especially enjoyed the spacious deck and the cozy fireplace, but also made use of the grill and the beautiful kitchen. There is also a billiard and pool table in the basement and bikes in the garage, which offered a few hours of entertainment, and TVs galore. I can't think of anything we didn't like about this house, and the only note I would make is that it would, perhaps, not be suited to families with very small children due to a lot of sharp corners and stairs. We all left feeling refreshed and happy to have made the trip. If you're looking for a luxurious and relaxing escape, this is your place!

Fantastic home at a great location. The property is exactly as pictured with a beautiful view of the sound. Comfortably fit our group of 8 people and could fit 12 easily. Had an amazing stay and would definitely come back.

Have admired this house for several years now. Finally, was able to rent it for our family. Plenty of room for everyone and has all the amenities. The perfect weather was also a plus.

Amazing property!

This place is so stunning! The house was fully equipped with a lot of supplies. We rent every year in the hamptons and this house was truly magical. We definitely are coming back! We felt like we were in Santorini - the views and sunsets were breathtaking.

AMAZING PROPERTY

I don't write many reviews but this property warrants accolades. Stayed at this beautiful property for a week in July. The house is even better than the pictures. The kitchen, dining / living area is huge, open and airy. There are 2 seating areas on the main level that were great to accommodate the 12 of us. All appliances and furnishings throughout the house / bedrooms are high end and beautiful. Master suite is to die for ; huge, with a large sitting area / deck. Large flat screen tv's in all bedrooms. Absolutely stunning views with a great sand beach, large umbrella and comfortable loungers. This house also had so many recreational items which our kids (and adults) loved. 2 awesome large game rooms with pacman, fusbal, pool table, ping pong plus kayaks, paddle boards, bikes and even board games. It was hard for us to leave the house! 2 washer and dryers which came in handy. The owner was also very generous with basic items - shampoo/conditioner, laundry detergent, paper towel, toilet paper and staple kitchen items ... not always a given at other properties where I have stayed. This house had it all, there was absolutely nothing more we could have asked for. Hands down, 1 of the best VRBO's we've stayed in ... You won't be disappointed!

Wow!

This home is spectacular. The setting is right on the water, the furnishings are top end, there are plenty of towels, paper products, soaps and other supplies/necessities, it is clean and well maintained and the owner even supplies paddle boards, kayaks and bikes. The owner is most responsive and accommodating and the house manager is nearby and willing to stop by at a moment's notice. The location is a perfect combination of quiet neighborhood and easy access to shopping and dining. We can't wait to go back.
