Consider this condo your home away from home while you visit Bethany Beach!! This gorgeous property features 3 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 2 full size bunk beds. (Sleeps 6 or up to 10). Perfect for families or small groups of friends. Unit rents in the Summer season (June 20-August 22rd 2026) as a 7 day minimum Saturday to Saturday. Linens are an additional $200 for the week or you have the option to bring your own if you prefer.

Property includes full kitchen with clean white cabinets, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and ceramic tile floors. Refrigerator has a freezer on the bottom with automatic ice maker. Coffee maker, toaster, silverware & utencils, and cookware available for your use. There is a 1/2 bath off of the entrance hallway and a full size stacked washer and dryer off the kitchen. House was fully remodeled in 2015 and has been lightly used and kept in near new condition.

First floor is an open floor plan with dining area and living room. Dining area and living room have wall to wall carpeting that looks like new. Comfortable and stylish furniture, padded leather dining chairs, LoveSac chair and sofa, large screen tv with Xfinity cable and WiFi. Brand new central air conditioning/heating with digital wall control on first floor can be set to your comfort level to fully service the entire unit.

From the living room walk thru glass sliders onto the quiet and peaceful screened in porch. It features a large sectional sofa with dining table….perfect for eating and game playing. The indoor dining chairs can be brought out for additional seating. There is an enclosed outdoor shower inside the screened in porch…perfect for an after the beach rinse. Outdoor closet includes beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, and yard games for your use. The porch looks beautiful at night when lit with its dimmable cafe lights. There is also a lighted ceiling fan for additional comfort and we have also a standing fan that can be used indoor or out.

While staying here you will have access to the amenities of the Villas of Bethany West neighborhood…..large community pool, pickleball/tennis courts, kayak launch, and a fishing dock. Peaceful neighborhood but short walking distance to restaurants (DiFebo’s, Grotto’s, Off The Hook,…) and other conveniences. 1 mile drive or walk to the beach. The Bethany Trolley also has a stop which is a 1/2 minute stroll from our front door.

Second floor holds 3 bedroom and 2 full baths. Carpeted stairs and wall to wall carpeting in like new condition. Ceramic tile floor bathrooms with new cabinetry, showers, fixtures, etc. Standing showers with tubs. Master bedroom with master bath….woven sea grass headboard, dresser, closet, full length mirror, wall mounted tv with cable and WiFi access, wood blinds, and comfortable king size bed.

The other 2 bedrooms have full size mattress bunk beds. Both rooms have black out curtains and there are fans available in the closets for use if needed but entire unit is comfortably air conditioned controlled.

Please make yourself at home and enjoy!! Only house rules are to treat our house with love and respect and limit shoe wearing inside in order to keep our carpets as clean as possible. Front entry hall, kitchen and bath are tiled for your convenience.

Games are available in nautical bunk room closet. We also have a Wii with games in the living room.

Community pool is large and set in a quiet, peaceful location. Easy access with a card to enter at gate. No lifeguard on duty. Lots of tables and loungers, bathrooms, etc.

In regard to sheets and towels.....Please bring your beach towels. If you want us to provide bath towels and sheets the cost is an additional $200 for the unit for the week. They are provided and laundered via our local property management team, Wilgus Associates, Inc. Linens will be left at the unit for your arrival. Bag them back up for pick up after you leave. You do have the option to bring your own if you choose.

There is a binder in the unit by the kitchen with helpful details, check-in and check-out instructions, restaurant recommendations, etc.
