- From Aug. 15 to Oct. 10, 2024, we will be completing a seal coating project on the roof of the Gardenia (9100) and Jasmine (9200) buildings. There will be some noise associated with this project. Please note that the dates of these projects are subject to change.

- From Sept. 16 to Sept. 26, 2024, we will be completing a seal coating project on the parking lots throughout the resort. There will be areas of the parking lot unavailable during this time. Please note that the dates of these projects are subject to change

-There is no cash available at this resort, and credit cards are the only acceptable form of payment.

-RV and Trailer parking are not permitted on Barony Beach Club property.
