Overall rental was a smooth process.
The unit had a few hiccups- One being a tv not working to which we were told a DVD player would be brought over before we got unpacked. It wasn’t, as maintenance said tv was working. It wasn’t working by the time we unloaded and the dvd we were told was being delivered never made it until I called three days later, to which the maintenance manager said we never called to say it wasn’t working, so it’s our fault nothing was done. Well, because the DVD player wasn’t delivered, we thought they hadn’t come, and we were trying to be patient. It was not a pleasant conversation.
Finally, another maintenance tech comes. He was friendly, and I explained the situation. He even came and checked out the master shower which had absolutely no water pressure. He thought it might have a regulator on it, which it didn’t, so he had the plumber come to fix it. The plumber was really nice. He said the other shower head was broken and installed a new one. Finally, that gorgeous master shower was a pleasure. It is a very nice ocean view from the shower!
The unit has tons of supplies- linens, water supplies such as floats, flippers, toys, a chest full of books, puzzles, games, and two outside tables.
I would recommend staying here as it is in a great location, and the beach chairs and umbrellas are nice, as well as those working that service.
There is a workout area I didn’t use, two pools I didn’t use, and a clubhouse I didn’t use. I couldn’t stay off the beach long enough (plus, I had coursework to do on vacation, boo) to do much else…. Although, I highly recommend Parasail Siesta along with their Sunset Cruise. Both were amazing and made for a great day out on the water.
